Conducting Third Party Consultancy Services For Improvements To 2 No. Of Pickups & 4 No. Of Pickup Canals Improvements To Kolur LIS Under D-13 Of RBHLC,Construction Of Korlagundhi / Dammur LIS Near Dammuru Village In Ballari Tq & Dist. Under KMERC Grant.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value), at least one similar nature of work such as conducting third party quality control works of Construction of canals/Modernization of canal/Pick up/Check dam/Barrage costing not less than i.e. for Rs. 3.85 Lakhs during the last five years. (2020-21 to 2024-25). The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division should be uploaded. The cost of the work executed in the previous years shall be updated to 2025-26 at 10% per annum.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity- (AxNx2.5 - B)

The annual turnover from all classes of civil engineering works should be costing not less than i.e for Rs.7.70 Lakhs in any of the Two financial years during the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). audited profit and loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with the copy of income tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished, Duly mentioning UDIN on Turnover certificate (from CA). The Annual turnover of Pervious Year shall be updated to 2025-26 at 10% per annum

The Consultant should be empanelled with KNNL/KPWD. Certificate of registration should be enclosed.

A copy of the GST Certificate.

Latest copy of the Income tax returns (ITR-V) filed duly mentioning PAN number for the Financial year 2024-25 (Assessment Year 2025-26).

Copy of Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate.
