Project Management Consultancy Services for the work of Formation of 18m wide Road at Plot No. 293, Plot No. 4A, Plot No. C2R and 35m wide Road at Plot No. 304, Construction of RCC Side Drain, Construction of RCC Inspection Chamber, Construction of RCC Box culvert & providing water supply pipeline in Sira Industrial Area, Phase-1, Sira Taluk, Tumakuru District (2nd Call).

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). Completed successfully at least ONE Consultancy Services in Construction Supervision/Project monitoring/Quality Control of Road Projects of Formation of flexible pavement/rigid pavement, Construction of RCC Inspection Chamber, Construction of RCC Box culvert & providing water supply pipeline etc., having value i.e., Rs.257.00 Lakhs during past five years.

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

The Consultant shall have a Full Fledged NABL Accredited Laboratory/MoRTH with all the relevant equipments with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes/relevant codes

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). Achieved in at least TWO Financial Years, a minimum average financial turnover of Rs.11.00 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature
