Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square meter ) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto approved dumping site, All kinds of soil, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material upto approved dumping site (Serviceable material like Bricks to be handing over to the deptt .) : In cement mortar, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all leads (Serviceable material like adoors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfast etc. to be handing over to the deptt .) : Of area 3 (Three ) sq. metres and below, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within all leads (Serviceable material like adoors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfast etc. to be handing over to the deptt .) : Of area 3 (Three ) sq. metres and below , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all leads, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
