Demolishing of RCC, PCC by mechanical/hand means and stock piling at designated locations, chipping, etc. and disposing off all the debris outside the plant premises, stacking, serviceable and unserviceable material so separately including cutting, reinforcement, etc. complete as directed.

Earth work excavation for foundations in all types of soils other than soft and hard rock upto a depth not exceeding 4.00 M. from original average ground level, back filling in plinth and around foundations with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 150 MM, watering, consolidating including shoring/ strutting, de-watering and disposing off surplus earth within a distance of 1.0km. etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, laying and spreading hard stone 90 to 45 mm size in soling in uniform thickness with proper camber, interstices filled with binding material of plastic index 4 -7, rolling with 8 - 10 Tons capacity vibrating roller, watering, compacting to the required density to form hard base etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. ( Note :- Laying consolidated Thicness = 22.50 CM.)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations and plinth, under floor etc including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Supplying and filling in plinth coarse goma sand under floors including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing etc. complete and as directed.

Providing and laying brick masonry for foundations and in plinth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 including racking of joints, curing etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside surface proportion over brick masonry walls upto 15 mtr. height and concrete surfaces including raking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade including the cost of centering, shuttering and including admixtures as per approved mix design recommendation, (as per IS 9103) to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete at all heights up to V floors as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing, laying and fixing in position Fe 500D grade TMT reinforcement steel of M/s.SAIL/TATA/VIZAG brand conforming to IS 1786 for in situ and precast work (all reinforced cement concrete works )including cutting, bending, supplying and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, supplying and laying spacer blocks etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick Acid and alkali resistant tile of approved make and colour In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) acid and alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick Acid and alkali resistant tile of approved make and colour In dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) acid and alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of first quality exterior acrylic emulsion over new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre & ( @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) of approved manufacture, colour and shade on newly plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of Exterior primer of approved manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface smooth, scaffolding, cleaning etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
