Supply , instllation , testing & Commissioning of Diesel engine driven dewatering pump for flood control complete in all respect as required & specified and consisting of the following:Horizontal type single stage centrifugal end suction non clog pump of cast iron body, SS impeller with SS shaft, flow rate 600 CMH,Head range 15 Mtr, Auto prime set pump confirming to relevant BS/IS standard with mechanical seals, safety relief valve, industrial type pressure gauges on delivery and suction side, complete in all respect, Radiator Water cooled diesel engine developing min. 72 BHP at 1500 RPM for the pump, flexible coupling & coupling guard with the pump & common bed plate for mounting of engine & pump shall confirming to relevant BS/IS standard with starting mehanism., The common base frame shall have vibration damping arrangement by cushy foot & engine panel with battery charger provided by engine manufacturer, connection to engine starting panel, lead acid batteries of 12V/24V, 180AH SMF with casing, lugs, stand & terminations to diesel engine, charger complete in all respect, Exhaust pipe of required length (discharge to leave above roof level as per standard) with 50mm thick glasswool pipe section, covered with aluminum cladding, residential silencer muffler, instruments & protection-stop selenoid for auto stop in the event of fault with auto indications, day oil tank of 500 ltrs. fabricated out of 4mm MS sheet with inlet/ outlet ON/OFF valves, level indicator, drain pipe, MS fuel line complete as reqd..[Kirloskar model No: APM250/33 auto prime set or its equivalent]

Supply and fixing of 200mm NB, 6 mm thickness MS pipes conforming to IS-3589, including cutting, welding, nut-bolts, gasket, fitting viz. bends, tees, reducers, crosses, flanges etc. and fixing the pipes with suitable supports etc. complete as required. .

Supply and fixing of 200mm NB, PN 16 Manually operated Butterfly valve with C I body, SS Disc, Nitrile Rubber Seal & O Ring complete as specified and as required.

SITC of 200mm NB CI foot valve complete with bolts, nuts, washers, gasket etc. complete as required.

Supply of 20W LED Electrical rechargable light with inbuilt lithium battery of capacity 10.4AH,7.4 Volts Suitable for backup 5Hrs. And USB port charging option along with charging cable etc.

Supply and fixing 8 inch -6 mtrs long Double armoured flexiable rubber hose with both sides MS flanges ,08 no of holes ,working pressure 15 KG/Sqcm including proper jointing etc as required as per site condition
