Under-reaming for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. single under reamed piles (SUR) for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils with Augoring and boring equipment in site as per IS 2911 - 1980 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete for all depths and for finished item of work for following diameter of Piles.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete of M10 Grade using 220Kgs. of Cement, 40mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying, tamping of concrete & curing for 14 days etc., complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH.

VRCC M20 Grade Design Mix corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20 & 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal from approved quarries including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all operational, incidental and other labour charges such as machine mixing, laying of concrete, vibrating and curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Painting with priming coat on new plastered surface using best quality cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS

Painting two coats with best quality Plastic emulsion paint of Grade-I variety of approved colour and make over external walls to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Painting two coats with Zinc chromate red oxide primer paint over new Iron work using best quality Zinc chromate red oxide Primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S.

Painting two coats with Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved make and colour over New Iron work to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remaining loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for cleaning of surface and painting etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S.

Supply and delivery of Quarry dust from approved quarries including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for filling, sectioning, watering and ramming etc., complete as per S.S.
