S & F in repairs 15mm size PVC connections with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank(white) of 1000 liter capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top incl float valve) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old comougflage pattern steel painted surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PVC cabinet size 650 x 400mm, comprising of looking glass, space for bath soap, shampoo, tooth brush and paste, handle towel rail complete allas specified and as approved of any fo floowing makes :- HINDWARE / CERA / NEYCER / PARRYWARE/CLASSIC.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description and in any position exceeding 1 sqm & not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides compete all as directed.

S & F Powder coated Aluminium alloy sections sliding windows with frames Series-C (20mm) and , 3 track sliding shutters duly fitted with neoprene beading, glazing clips, shutters with tinted glass 5mm thick and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm , aluminium alloy handles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking tiles with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thick (M-40 grade) of approved design and pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to black smith work and obtaining completion from user including repair of steel frames of doors and windows, CGI roof sheets, steel rolling shutter by drilling/ welding, resecuring of door/ window etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making RCC circular pillar 400mm dia with square base 900mm X 900mm of height 3.00mtr (1m above from GL and 2mtr depth below GL) with top flange for arresting water supply pipe lines

Excavation of footing size 900mm X 900mm X 200mm (pedestal) for 400mm dia pipe in soft / loose soil / SDR by mechanical means

RCC pillar will be made as sample matched which is existing

All are above quoted in deemed rates separately will not be measured / paid.

M&L for removing of trees branches, bushes, shrubs growing on 400 mm Narmada pipeline inside open nala, 0.5 meter on both sides on pipeline including removing all debries from site and deposited to location not more than 1 km all as specified mentioned and as directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
