Laying of 11KV grade UE, 3Cx 50 sq mm HT cable : Laying of 11KV grade UE, 3Cx 50 sq mm HT cable in trench, tray, on structure with proper Dressing & clamping with aluminum clamps as directed by Engineer in charge. Cable shall be Handled by the experienced group to ensure no damage to cable. Cable shall be tagged with Name/numbers at both ends. The tag shall be of Aluminum with the number punched on it and securely attached to the cable conduit by not less than two turns of GI wire. Cable tags shall be of rectangular shape. Removal and Laying of 11KV grade UE, 3Cx 25 sq mm HT cable at TT04 area : Removal of existing 11KV grade UE, 3Cx 25 sq mm HT cable from TT04 room at WQ-5 berth and Laying / rerouting of 11KV grade UE, 3Cx 25 sq mm HT cable on structure / cable tray near to SBC-03 motor with proper dressing & clamping with aluminum clamps as directed by Engineer in charge. Cable shall be handled by the experienced group to ensure no damage to cable. Cable shall be tagged with Name/numbers at ends. The tag shall be of Aluminum with the number punched on it and securely attached to the cable conduit by not less than two turns of GI wire. Cable tags shall be of rectangular shape. Supply & installation of end termination (indoor) jointing kits suitable for 3C*25 / 50 sq mm 11 KV (UE) Cable: Supply & installation of end termination (indoor) jointing kits (cold shrink / hot shrink type) suitable for 3c*25 / 50 sq mm 11 KV (UE) Cable. Making of end termination, connection by proper clamping for the cable. Cable earth strip shall be connected to earth. Meggering of the cable before and after jointing. Fabrication of Earth pit identification marker with MS angle and plate: Fabrication of Earth Pit identification marker with 40mm* 4 mm equal angle of 2 feet length welding 150 mm*250 mm, 2mm thick MS plate making T shape. After fabrication clean the surface with wire brush and apply one coat of red oxide and followed by one coat of black enamel paint. Digging the earth near to earth pit and install Earth Pit identification marker and PCC 1:2:4 to fill the hole and installing the Earth Pit identification marker firmly. Free Issue Materials: NIL.

Fabrication of Earth pit identification marker with acrylic sheet and stickering : Fabrication of Earth Pit identification marker with 3 mm thick transparent acrylic sheet , red colour stickering to write earth pit no eg – EP-146-DG-STR and white vinyl sheet after stickering so as to show white back ground . Size of transparent acrylic sheet shall be 3 inch * 6 inch. Drill 2 no’s holes for fixing the acrylic sheet. Drill 2 no’s holes on earth pit chamber, fix the Earth pit identification marker with screw and royal plug by drilling holes. Free Issue Materials: NIL.

EARTH PITS: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI earth electrode, heavy duty of size 65mm dia. and 3000mm long as per IS-3043, including required excavation of soil up to depth 3mtr. Supply & providing charcoal (100 kg) & salt (100kg) to earth pit in layers and watering the system after completion of work. Construction of earth pits chamber with brick (Inner dimension 400X400MM, Height 300MM and thickness 250MM) with pre cast RCC chamber cover (500X500X 100 MM approximately) with lifting hook. Fixing of required quantity stainless steel nuts, bolts and connecting the earth flat with earth pit, as per as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Welding portion is to be painted with black paint. Including all labor& materials and disposal of unwanted material generated is on party scope. Free Issue Materials: NIL

Installation of copper building lightning arrestor with spike : Installation of copper building lightning arrestor along with spike and base mounting arrangement, length 2.5 feet dia. 12 mm on buildings , structures . Connecting the base of lightning arrestor to earth flat by welding. Free Issue Materials: only Copper building lightning arrestor

Painting of rolling shutters: Proper cleaning of rolling shutters with cloth, wire brush, emery paper to remove dirt, oil, grease, rust etc. Apply one coat of red oxide, followed by one coat of synthetic enamel paint / Aluminium paint of approved color as per the direction of engineer in-charge, including all labor materials complete. SUPPLY , FABRICATION AND INSTALLTION OF MOTRO CANOPY : Fabrication and supply of motor canopy with 20 gauge GI sheet to be installed on verticle mounted motors . Fabrication of frame with MS angle / flat for installing canopy . Clean the MS steel with wire brush , apply one coat of red oxide followed by one coat of black enemel paint . Installing the canopy with frame at site . Free Issue Materials: Only MS steel will be supplied free of cost by NALCO

LAYING OF AUXILIARY POWER , POWER & CONTROL CABLES ON CABLE TRAY OR IN TRENCHES: Laying of armored copper cable (3CX2.5 SQ mm) , Rubber insulated power cable upro 3c*35 sq mm , instrument cables and armored control copper cable (24CX1.5/ 2.5 sq mm) with proper dressing in cable on cable tray & in trench with aluminium clamps . Free Issue Materials: Only cable will be supplied free of cost by NALCO.

GLANDING, LUGGING & CABLE TERMINATION OF AUXILIARY POWER & CONTROL CABLES: Glanding, lugging and termination of the power armored copper cable (3Cx2.5 SQ mm), rubber insulated power cable upto 3c*35 sq mm , instrument cable and control armored copper cable (24Cx1.5 sq mm) as per the direction of Engineer In charge. Each cable run shall be tagged with numbers at both ends. The tag shall be of Aluminum with the number punched on it and securely attached to the cable conduit by not less than two turns of GI wire. INSTALLING 200 AMPS MOTOR LOCAL POWER ISOLATOR : Fabrication of base frame with MS angle for installing the motor local power isolator . Clean the MS steel with wire brush , apply one coat of red oxide followed by one coat of black enemel paint . Fixing motor local power isolator with base frame . Installing 200 Amps motor local power isolator at site by welding . Free Issue Materials : 200 Amps motor local power isolator , MS steel ,nut bolts only .
