Consultancy services for Preparation of Detailed Project Report, Detailed Estimates , Design and Drawings for Flood Protection works and Restoring the original width of Hunsikatti Halla a major tributary of Tupparihalla along the banks of Govankoppa, Hebballi, Kavalageri, Kanakoor, Talvayi and Vanahalli village of Dharwad Taluk

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work Such as as 3rd party consultancy work of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs 12.50 Lakhs. The work done should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and counter signed by Superintending Engineer Note One similar work means Consultancy Services for survey, investigation, Detailed Engineering, Preparation of Designs, Drawings, Estimates, Draft Tender Documents including preparation of necessary land acquisition proposals if required./ Preparation of detailed project report comprising assessment of flood, detailed survey and investigations and restoring the the original boundaries of Nala/River-20 Marks

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022- 23,2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Achieved in at least Two Financial years an average Financial Turnover of Rs.25.00 lakhs.All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institude of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document.Duly giving 10% escalation every year-20 Marks

The Consultancy firm should have completed at least 1 DPR of Flood Protection and Restoring the original width of Nalas works and got approval from State or Central Water Commission-20 Marks

Personnel including Skills and competencies- The Bidder / Company should have and deploy the following key personnel / man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished Total 20 Marks 1) Senior Electro-mechanical engineer- A Post Graduate in electrical / Mechanical / Environment engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of design of Lift Irrigation Scheme a) 10 Years experience- 2 Marks b) 15Years experience 3- Marks c) Above 15 Years experience-4 Marks 2) Senior Total Station Specialist- A Post-Graduate in Civil Engineering/Remote Sensing with a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of GIS/Total Station survey a) 10 Years experience- 2 Marks b) 15Years experience 3- Marks c) Above 15 Years experience-4 Marks. 3) Senior Water Resources Engineer- A Post Graduate in Water Resources / Hydrology Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field a) 10 Years experience- 1 Marks b) 15Years experience 2- Marks c) Above 15 Years experience-3 Marks 4) Senior Structural Engineer- A Post-Graduate in Structural Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field a) 10 Years experience- 1 Marks b) 15 Years experience 2- Marks c) Above 15 Years experience-3 Marks B) Supporting Staff 1) Electro-mechanical engineer- A Graduate in Electrical/Environment engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant field a) 3 Years experience- 1 Marks b) 5 Years experience 1.5 Marks c) Above 5 Years experience-2 Marks 2) Senior Surveyor- A Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in operation of Total Station and GPS equipment a) 3 Years experience- 1 Marks b) 5Years experience 1.5 Marks c) Above 5 Years experience 2 Marks 3) CAD Draughtsman- A Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field- a) 3 Years experience- 1 Marks b) 5Years experience 1.5 Marks c) Above 5 Years experience-2 Marks. The consent letters of key personnel / man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. No enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non-applying the Marks Total 20 Marks

Description of Methodology- The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame-10 Marks a) Fair-5 Marks b) Good-7 Marks c) 10 Marks

Technical Requirements-The bidder should have the following survey equipment / Licensed software for carrying out the assignment. 1) The Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) (Static and RTK) having angular Least count of 1 Inch and accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm plus 1.5mm, with all the necessary accessories. 2)The Electronic Total Station having angular least count of 1 Inch and accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm plus 1.5mm, with all the necessary accessories. 3)Autocad LT 2009 or above Autocad 2009 or above, Auto Plotter 8 with CanSE module. 4) All necessary vehicles for carrying out the survey work. 5) Irricad or equivalent software for design of lift scheme, pressure and Gravity distribution system. 6)STAAD Pro Software of latest version. The intending bidder should have availability of above equipment/software either owned or by procurement against self-mobilization or by lease agreement entered into before the date of filling the tender-10 Marks
