Repair/Refurbishment of AHU's - 04Nos to be carriedout to satisfaction of HSL & SS.: i) Replacement of GI sheets (24gauge) - 380 Sq. Feet. ii) Replacement of GI sheets (20 gauge) - 380 Sq. Feet. iii) SS sheet for drain tray 8' x 4' (20 gauge) - 50 Sq. Feet. iv) Phenotherm insulation to be replaced - 50 Sq. Feet v) Evaporator coil, blower & motor foundation need to be replaced with supporting angle bars - 1mtr x 1mtr - 5 Nos. vi) Door lock nuts with pvc bushes 1" x 40mm - 10 Nos. vii) Two coats of paint ( Zinc chromite primer) to be applied for entire enclosure after proper surface finsh. viii) Filter holding arrangement to be renewed with M.S. C-Channel approx. 50mm x 75mm - 15 mtrs.
Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.No. 1 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.1) against third party/OEM invoice.
