1 The contractore submmitting the tender should see thar rates in schedual 'A' are filled in by the Engineer in charge

at the time of issue of tender

2 Store to be supplied free of cost of the contractor for the work mentioned in schedule 'A'

3 Other pipe jointing materials such as yarn bolts,nuts,washer & veriouse size rubber packing zink white at his own

cost. This shall be of the quality got previously approved by Engineer- in - Charge.

4 Contractor shall provided own his arrangment at his own cost for loading, unloading & transporting safely to the

site of work the materials mentionad in schedule 'A'

5 Any materials required for item other than labour items mentioned above & materials in not included in schedule

'A' if such materials are available with departmant will be issued on request from the contractor ( for use on work

under this contract only) at the prevailling market rates whichever is higher plus department charges as pere rules

6 Class No. 12-A of B-A from shall be applicable in case of materials mentioned above to be issued free of cost the

contractor for use in the work. The issue rates for non return of surplus materials the recovery shall be a mede at

double the issued rate.
