Design, Manufacturing & SITC of 11 KV , 250 KVA Outdoor type , pre-fabricated , Package Sub-station consisting of 11/0.433 kV, dry type transformer, HT panel, LT panel etc. inside GI sheet steel enclosure with all interconnections, fully type tested as per IEC-1330/ IS 14786 complete in all respect each consisting of following items & as per detailed technical specifications: Outdoor Enclosure: Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of 1.5/2 mm Galvanised Sheet Steel. The Enclosure shall have IP 54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 34 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurethane paint (Colour Light Grey & D.A. Grey). Each compartment shall be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between transformer & LT switchgear using Busbars. All metalic components shall be earthed to a common earthing point. HT Panel : - 11kv, 630A, 25KA/3 sec HT Switchgear consisting of 2 no. Load break switches and 1 no. fixed type Vacuum Circuit Breaker module for transformer protection. All the live part, VCB modules, isolators, earth switches must be sealed within robotically welded 3 mm thick single stainless steel tank filled with SF6 gas as insulation having IP 67 degree of protection. Each module of the panel should have hinged arc proof cable door with self interlocking mechanism to the corresponding earth switch, all cable terminations shall be from the front, ringcore CTs for protection purposes with self powered microprocessor based numerical 3 O/C & 1 E/F relay, arrangment for connection of incoming cable & outgoing to primary of transformer. Switchgear shall be complete with connections, Copper bus-bars, cable supports, manometer, voltage indications, mechanical indications for breaker and confirming to IS : 13118/IEC : 265, 129, 298, 694, 529. Self powered O/C and E/F relay Mechanical position indicator - SWITCH ON/OFF/EARTHED Manometer ( SF6 gas pressure indicator) Operating handle RMU should also have provision of Gas filling at site, in case of any leakage.

Supply of following stranded Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured power cable of 11 kV grade as per IS-7098 (Part 2) - 2011 with up to date amendments of approved make & as per technical specifications etc. complete as required. 3 Core x 70 Sq. mm

Supply of following stranded Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade as per IS-7098 (Part 1) - 2011 with up to date amendments of approved make & as per technical specifications etc. complete as required. 3.5 Core x 300 Sq. mm

Supply of 90 mm size (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked conforming to IS-16205, Part 24 .

Laying of 90 mm size (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, end caps etc. conforming to IS-16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (90 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 150 dia(nominal size) G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching in existing bituminous /concrete road , re-filling and making good the same etc as per site requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size 70 Sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 300 Sq.mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable kit complete with all accessories including lugs for 3 core X 70 sq.mm. XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable kit complete with all accessories including lugs for 3 core X 70 sq.mm. XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for 3.5 core X 300 sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift up to 1.5 meters , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for foundation of Compact sub station including excavation including form work etc. for foundation of CSS as required.(excluding reinforcement) (Foundation drawing shall be got approved from EIC)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightning , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete as required. Mild Steel and Medium Tensile Steel bars

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels (for foundation).

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Construction of 11 kV HT DP structure to tap power supply from PGVCL DP structure with following material , Switchgear & accessories confirming to respective IS codes , ITC i/c civil works as per site requirement , statutory norms and technical specifications : 1. 150 mm x 75 mm x 6mm ISMB MS I Beam - 10 Mtr. with Joints, plates , fabrication , Base plate , 1 coat of Red oxide & 2 coats of Silver paint. - 2 no. 2. 75 mm x 40 mm x 6mm- 2 Mtr. Constructing masonry Chamber 900 mm x 900 mm x 1000 mm inside, with 50 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 20 mm nominal size with RCC Cover i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) 40 mm nominal size and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
