Special Terms and Conditions Tender for Liasoning and Consultancy works for approval, installation, and commissioning of electric power connection for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at various retail outlet sites in Salem of Karur Retail Territory CRFQ No. 1000425425 Bidding Starts at 29.10.2024 18 :00 Bidding Closes at 06.11.2024 18:00 BPCL Karur Retail Territory has retail outlets spanned across Salem of Tamilnadu State. BPCL intends to provide Electric Vehicle charging stations at selected retail outlets across the territory area. Commercial bids are invited for the complete job of liasoning with state govt agencies like state nodal agency for EVCS, TANGEDCO and other associated departments to seek NOC / approvals and sanction of electric power connection as applicable for required capacity of Electric vehicle charging station at selected retail outlets. The broad scope of work is illustrated below. The Scope of Work for the consultant/bidder: 1. Based on the list of ROs with required capacity of Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) provided by Territory Office & location of transformer to installed at the RO premise, the consultant will have to visit RO and prepare proposal for installation of new power connection with applicable rated capacity transformer for as per TANGEDCO policy for EVCS and identify all approvals required. 2. Prepare & submit application with all supporting documents for NOC from state Nodal agency for EVCS & obtain approval / NOC for applicable capacity of EVCS and subsidized power connection as applicable. 3. Based on the NOC from nodal agency, prepare and submit application to applicable state Electrical Power Distribution Company (TANGEDCO), Update application info on t he Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) portal and follow up to get the approval and Demand Note for sanction of new EVCS electric power connection including cost of supply & commissioning of rated capacity transformer with all required accessories as per policy of Govt of India. 4. Liaison with Territory Office for payment to TANGEDCO w.r.t Demand Note and submit payment details to TANGEDCO office for acknowledgement for follow-on activities. 5. Liaison with TANGEDCO office/s, to issue transformer and required accessories including poles, lines, transformer, EVCS category Energy Meter etc and coordinate with Territory and TANGEDCO officials with site supervision of job complete including commissioning of Transformer, Energy Meter for EVCS facility and EVCS charger as applicable. <span style="mso-list:Ignore
