Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s) and Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including Material and labour for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distember over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s) and Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as "supply only")

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Mark) as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames of wooden/steel/aluminium not exceeding 1.50 sqm each with shutter (w/o taking off shutter from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any escription exc.1.00 Sqm but n.exc.2.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutter open rebated double leaf and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (with sash bars) edges of tramping, plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and metered beads for securing glass etc sized of members for door as specified in SSR Part-I sec 8.24(a) i all as specified.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rai ; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 5 mm thickness to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick factory made Flush shutters , solid core construction , with block board core and plywood face panels commenrcial face on bath sides with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of the new wooden surfacesexc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing butt Hinges, medium weight, stainless steel, 100 mm size complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 150 mm long aluminium anodised , barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 mm micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 mm micron) aluminium sliding window (adequate track) with aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, necessary powder coated hardware ie. handles, barrel tower bolts, hinges etc, powder coated aluminum snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : Panel filling ie. glass, fibre sheet, board, wire mesh etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for powder coated aluminum grill of design No DG-104, 7.5mm thick sections of decogrill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including cleats and connected members of framed truss/ceiling frame etc and Supply and fixing mild steel roof trusses (framed) trusses purlinSupply and fixing astening (etc.,angle, channel) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates/ gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-0 (Grade-Fe 250) quality A with and including complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving/plinth not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness in Gray cement & pigment, M-35 Grade and laid over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/flooring complete alla s spoecified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 (design mix)andof shape and size as directed , set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfacs to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed

Removing existing water proofing treatment (Brick tiles terracing), roughning the concrete surface, cleaning the concrete surface with water and removing rubbish material out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), 25 mm thick ( average thickness) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, as in levelling course, laid on roof to form slope etc. , top surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as "supply only" under appropriate item of this Schedule).

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for roof treatment with 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlaps sealed and bounded to the surface including finishing by applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram/sqm on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
