Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set of 200 kVA (160 kW) (CPCB IV/or as per latest CPCB norms) rating, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, power factor 0.8 lag, complete with suitable base frame, anti-vibration mounts, microprocessor-based control panel, water cooled acoustic enclosure conforming to CPCB-IV+ norms, and necessary accessories for efficient and reliable operation. The DG set shall be designed to comply with ISO 8528, ISO 3046-1, ISO 15550 and relevant IEC/BS standards. All fabrication, power coating painting, and installation shall be carried out as per the manufacturer's recommendations and relevant Indian standards and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (A) ENGINE:- The DG set shall be powered by 6-cylinder, 4-stroke, in-line, turbocharged diesel engine, developing suitable horsepower to deliver the rated output of 200 kVA at 1500 RPM under standard site conditions with a provision of 10% overload for one hour on 12 hrs running complete with standard accessories all as specified and directed for safe handling & operation silent features as under:- (i) High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) fuel injection system with Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for optimum performance and fuel economy. (ii) Full flow lubricating oil filter and lube oil cooling to maintain optimum temperature. (iii) Cast iron cylinder block with rugged body construction for durability. (iv) Lube oil capacity: approx. 24 litres. (v) Fuel consumption: in accordance with ISO 3046 with ± 5 % tolerance. (vi) Governor: Electronic type (ECU controlled). (vii) Cooling system: Radiator-cooled, designed for 50 °C ambient temperature, complete with fan, drive, and water pump.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel OUTDOOR TYPE suitable for 200 KVA DG set factory made out of CRCA Steel 3.15mm thick Sheet, floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof with front & rear opening rated voltage 440V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles having copper bus bar of 1.5 times the full load current of alternator duly colour coated with PVC suitable on load changeover for by pass arrangement of main supply & DG supply including two coats. The panel should be powder coated with minimum thickness of 50 microns, after elaborate pre-treatment to form a long lasting characteristic. The control panel will be complete in all respect with fuses, wiring and labels etc, the following will be incorporated in the AMF Panel :- (i) Multifunctional meter digital (Amp + Volt + PF + Hz + KW + KWH) - 01 No. (ii) Alternator voltage monitor - 01 No (iii) Main voltage monitor - 01 No (iv) Ammeter DG digital - 01 No (v) Voltmeter DG digital - 01 No (vi) Main Power contactor - 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps - 01 No (vii) DG Power contactor - 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps - 01 No (viii) Indicator Lamp - 02 Nos (ix) MCB (For control ckt) -10 Nos

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 32 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing after completion of work will be done and resistance test cert has to be submitted by the contractor. (g) GI strip exceeding 7.5 RM will be measured under respective item.

S & F galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including joining with rivets, bolts, nuts, washers etc all as directed by EIC complete.

Supply, laying and testing (in replacement) cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core including supply joining & testing complete all as specified. Note: Excavation and earth work cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under at item of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
