| 1 | Non-comprehensive Annual maintenance contract for testing of the Fire Protection System of the following equipments once in every fortnight, by deploying Two technical persons with supplying consumable items like gland-packing, gaskit, oil servicing, greasing for pumps and equipments etc. with full satisfaction of EIC, 2 nos. motor-driven main Fire Pump set, Jockey Pumps with Motor, Diesel Engine operated fire pump, composite electrical panel for above, yard-hydrant, internal-hydrant valves, G.M Branch Pipe with nozzle, RRL 15 mtr. long Hose pipe with male & female Coupling, 4 way & 3 way Fire Brigade Inlet Collecting Head, Coupling etc. Sprinkler System in entire building, Control-valve Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches, Non-return Valves, Foot Valves, Drain Valves, Check Valves, Addressable Panel, Siren & Hooters Random checking of FDA panels, MS Cabinet / Boxes of internal Hydrant / Hose Reels, External yard hydrants, Addressable panel for fire alarm system etc. as per direction of EIC. Fire extinguishers are to be maintained regularly. Necessary records and cleanliness of Fire Extinguishers should be maintained. Fire Mock Drill should also to be conducted at regular interval. This includes the Renewal of Fire Safety Certificate from Fire Department, Government of West Bengal.
