General upkeep Long Text: General upkeep: (bidder should go through SCC (Part-B) The party need not quote for this item. Maintenance of lawn, Shrubs and flower bed including,rolling watering, deweeding, mowing, hoeing, cutting & disposal of lawnrubbish out side the area.Maintenance of trees/shrubs (approx.30000 Nos.) planted in different locationincluding regular watering, deweeding, earthing up,pruning/shaping and applying of fertilizer,insecticide /pesticide etc. (payment for the material to be paidseparately).Development and maintenance of one nursery and green houses including regular watering, hoeing and deweeding, cutting & preparation of bed for sowing of seasonal seeds/shrubs cutting, grafting, shifting and filling of polythene bags etc. Maintenance/shifting of indoor/out door pot plants (700 nos.) in different buildings at BCPL Plant including watering, deweeding, hoeing, repotting of plants etc. Maintenance of flower pots by cleaning and painting the existing pots(payment for the material to be paid separately).Maintenance of Hedge including watering, Pruning/shaping etc. complete (Please go through annexure "A" for supply of tools and tackles require during the contract period) Clearing/ Cutting of Jungle grass inside BCPL plant as directed by EIC. Supply of water to different locations of plant. Development/renovation of new/existing lawns in various location in BCPL Plant as per instruction of EIC. Any other job as instructed by EIC i.e cutting of grass on pathways, road edges, along Kerb stone.(bidder should go through SCC(Part-B) Service of running 7 petrol operated grass cutting machine (bidder should go through SCC (Part-B) (This item not to be quoted by the bidders)

Providing services of supervision Long Text: Providing services of supervision on daily basis for semi skilled supervision of above mentioned works. (bidder should go through SCC (Part-B) (This item not to be quoted by the bidders)

Add applicable PF rate Long Text: Add applicable PF rate on (line item 10 & 20) (This item not to be quoted by the bidders )

Provision for revision of min. wages Long Text: Provision for revision of min. wages on item no 10& 20. (This item not to be quoted by the bidders )

Facility Management charges Long Text: Facility Management charges including service charges, Profit etc. on item no 10, 20 & 40 above. The chargesInclude providing/supplying, runing, maintenance of7 nos. of petrol grass cutting machines with supply of accessories, fuel,mobil/ engine oil daily during the total working hours thoughout the contract period.
