Fabrication, SITC of MV Switch Board Non-Essential/Eseential Panel made of 14 SWG CRCA Sheet Steel, dust tight, vermin proof, Totally enclosed, cubicle type, Confirming to IP42, floor mounting, free standing, extensible on both sides, suitable for indoor operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, A.C.System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, etc., as required and comprising of the following: A. Two Nos. of 500 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCBs with Thermal Magnetic Release for OC/SC/EF Protection as INCOMERS with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps, Multifuntion Meter i/c. CT, Interlocking Facility with Incomers and Buscouplers as required. B. One No. 500 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCBs as Bus Coupler with ON/OFF Indication Lamps as required. C. Two Nos. of 400 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Outgoing, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Digital Ammeter with CTs as required. D. Four Nos. of 320 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Thermal Magnetic Releases for Protection as Outgoing, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Digital Ammeter with CTs as required. E. One Set of 630 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral BUS BARS as required. F. All accessories such as fuses, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches, etc. including providing Empty Cubicle Space (2 Nos.) as required. Supply of 3.5C x 400 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with upto date ammendments etc., complete as required. (Note: If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt Laboratories / IIT / IISc / IISER / College /University for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all Liasoning, Transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI. if it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, The supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of 125 mm dia., OD, HDPE, PE63, PN-6 Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra).

Supplying and laying of 110 mm dia., OD, HDPE, PE63, PN-6 Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (Note: Only required quantity of HDPE Pipe to be supplied and laid at site. If any balance pipe is available after laying and same shall be taken back by agency. Payment will be made as actual utilization at site. Nothing will be paid extra).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm. (Note: AAI will be issued 3.5C x 400 Sq.mm cable for 2nd source laying from new power house to old power house)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 125mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) in PCC Road complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (70 cm deep) and re-positioning same with 200MM PCC etc., as required (Note: Excavation of PCC / Bitumin Road cutting and laying of pipe in trench and re-positioning with PCC)

Making Horizontal boring of dia not less than 150mm by using suitable mechanical arrangement, Sensor operated, Min. 2Mtr Depth, horizontal bore well suitable for inserting of 140mm Dia. HDPE Pipes. Job including Supplying of 150mm PE-100 PN-8 Pipe, jointing and inserting of Pipes in bore well hole etc., complete is required.

Demolishing Brick wall / PCC / RCC by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including form work etc as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply of 750A, 3Pole, AC Operated, Power Contactor suitable for AMF Panel control for 320KVA DG Set. (Make: ABB, Model: AF750-30)

Supply of 100A, 4Pole, Manual Operated Onload changeover switch with sheet steel enclosure along with extended operating handle and other accessories etc. complete as required.
