Note for SI item No. 1 to 4 : (i) The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of cleaning of plant surrounding area, plant room daily. (ii) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of the plants installed at both the locations. (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of carring out minor repairs like replacement of gland packing, greasing of bearings, rectifying leakages etc including consumables. (iv) The operator shall maintain proper log sheet for running of pump sets. (v) The operator shall maintain proper record of the running of the pump sets and keep the installations premises clean and tidy. (vi) The operator shall also ensure the proper functioning of the fire hydrants and will arrest any minor leakages found in the system. (vii) Carrying out 'A' check daily for DG sets as per manufacturer manual.

(viii) fiiling distilled water/ batttery electrolyte and charging of batteries as and when required. (ix) The operator shall ensure trail run and be alert to run the DG sset within 5 minutes of supply failure in case of manual operation/ failure of auto mains. (x) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of carring out minor repairs like replacement of gland packing, greasing of bearings, rectifying leakages etc including consumables. (xi) The operator shall maintain proper log sheet for running of DG sets. (xii) Disel shall be issued by department as and when required and transportation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note for SI item No. 1 to 4 : (i) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for disinfectant, in granual form for water treatment in factory sealed non returnable HDPE containers (40 to 50 Kg each) having chlorine concentration level of 70% complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Rayalaseema/ Declibac or its equivalent make as approved by E-in-C's branch and approved by GE.

M&L for maintenance of diesel Engine connected with DG Set 30 KVA for 'B' check as per recomendation of manufacturers instructions including replacement of filters, accessories like fuel filter with ring, Air filter and ring , super bypass filter element , 'O' Ring seal, Oil filter and engine Oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of underground/Semi underground fresh water sump of 0.50 Lakhs gallons capacity by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment sludge from the sumps and depositiing and levelling as directed and cleaning with the bleaching powder after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump completely using wire brush without disturbing the water supply to the area including applying one coat of white wash to entire sump externally as well as internally and writing details like Cleaning date / due date/ sump capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of Over Head Tank of 0.50 lakhs gallons capacity at 18m staging by cleaning out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing the complete silt from the tank and depositing and levelling as directed and cleaning with the bleaching powder, after scrapping the walls and bottom of the tank by using wire brush completely without disturbing the water supply to the area , and applying one coat of white wash inside OH tank and writing details like Cleaning/ due date/ tank capacity with synthetic enamel paint on bottom wall complete all as directed .

All as per Sl. item No.11 above but 0.30 lakh gallons

M & L for carrying out physical, chemical & bacteriological analysis all as per IS 10500:2012 for drinking water sample of the fresh water pump house at various locations from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of collecting of water samples in sealed PVC container

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified

M&L for painting of pump set of 25 HP with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including inlet & out let pipe lines over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface complete including preparation of old painted steel surface and writting MES number all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. item No.15 above but of capacity 12.5 to 20 HP

Supply & fix spindle of sluice valve of 80 mm bore, made out of En-8 steel with check nuts made out of MS/CI material, with and including replacing perished gland packing, rubber gasket, bolts and nuts including taking down old unserviceable spindle complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replace 80 mm bore CI foot valve flanged type with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down defective 100/150 mm dia footvalves/ Non-return valves from UG Sump, removing corrosion of footvalves/ Non-return valves and painting the valve with one coat of red oxide primer alongwith one coat of synthetic enamel paint, changing of rubber gaskets, bottom rubber with spring complete with renewal of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified and as directed.
