(ii) Systematic examining and adjustment of following machine, worn gear, Thrust bearings Drives sheaves, Drive shelves bearings, brake contract, linings and components, Motor generator, motor, Motor generator, Motor windings, rotating elements, commutator, brushes brush holder, bearings, coils, resistance for operating and Motor circuit, magnet frames and other mechanical parts, controller, selector levelling, devices cams, relays, solid state components e.g PCB’s transducers, resistance, condensers, power amplifier, transformers, contract, leads, dashpots timing devices, Steel selector tapes and mechanical and electrical driving equipment Governor, governor sheave, shaft assembly bearings and Governors jaws, car and hall mechanical button, car and hall position indicators hall lanterns or car direction indicators and all other car and landings as installed by OEM. Deflector or secondary sheave, bearing, car counterweight and counterweight guide rails and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, Governor tension sheaves assembly, compensating sheaves assembly car, counterweight and counter overweight guide shoes including rollers or gibs, interlock on Hoist way, interlock on hoist way door & hanger, car door contact, load weighting equipment, car frame car safety mechanism and platforms, emergency light emergency alarm, lift fan and batteries etc. (iii) Examine periodically all safety devices and governor and all customary safety tests including load and speed test at least once in six months. (iv) The Firm will provide emergency minor adjustment call back services within 8 hours on all working days as well as holidays/Sundays. The firm will maintain the lift in reliable efficient operating conditions. (v) The lift shall be maintained in fully functional and safe working condition trough out the AMC period on complication of the AMC the contractor shall hand over the lift in proper working condition, free from any defect, with all components operational and compliant with safety norms. ANY deficiencies observed at the time of handing over shall be rectified by the contractor at this own cost before final acceptance. and maintenance systemativally and check the main panel regularly complete in all respect.
