Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/duct/poles/ roof/pipe etc and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability. Serviceable cable will be re-laid at same place or other place as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm x 3.5 core including connecting the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs at the termination ends and necessary saddle clamp (heavy duty) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying 100 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 -150 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185-240 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of HDPE protection pipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore Sch.40, wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: G I strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply fabricate, testing and commissioning of factory made LT outdoor busbar panel single door of size 1200mm x 800mm x 400mm including locking arrangement cubical type dust and virmin proof, weather proof, aesthetical designed, IP54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including 4 strips of alluminium bus bar of 300 Amps current carrying capacity insulated with colour sleeves, porcelain/epoxy insulators 1100V, rail channel, cable entry, danger notice plate of 1100 Volt, angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and 60cm grouted in ground and 90cm above GL including necessary excavation, foundation, PCC etc. complete duly powder coated of approved colour complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of Intelligent Addressable fire alarm control panel with one Loop complying with EN 54 standard & LPCB approved and battery back up with the specifications as appended below:- a) Power- AC 230V, 50Hz, 0.5 A b) 235 Devices including detectors, minimum 2 loop, c) Relay- Fire Alarm/ F.P.E/ Fault/ Sounder d) configurable for PC Port- RS-232 interface & communication card e) LCD Display and with battery backup of 24 Hours in non alaram condition and 15 Minutes in alaram condition (Battery type 2 X 12V 14AH, sealed type Make of Battery- Exide/Amron/Solance.
