Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified provided for complete all as specified and directed at site

Providing Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) nominal mix and complete all as specified and directed at site

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sq.Mtr but not exceeding 4 Sq.Mtr each to removing stores complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply of Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.Mtr but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.Mtr, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing for portion beeded in lime or cement concrete.

Only supply of water proofing compound in Liquid form material : Dr Fixit/Pidilit/STP only acceptable

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick finished even and smooth.

Application of water proofing treatment in the RCC roof by applying one coat of primer and two coat of water proofing compound/paint as prescribed by the manufacturer.( Make STP/Dr Fixit only will be accepted) Including preparation of manufacture before application

Providing one coat of Antifungal coating protective and decorative coating system as per manufacturer recommendation/standard specification and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastic emulsion painting: Painting on plaster surfaces etc.,Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of old painted surfaces. Two coat of plastic emulsion paint any brand of Asian Apcolite, Berger (Luxo) brand all as specified and directed SSR 2020

Removing existing false ceiling and wall paneling, etc

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.30 mm thick on Silhouette profile, rotary stiched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile (white/ black), comprising of main-T runners of size 15x38mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x38 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x38 mm of length 600mm to form grid . Module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 2 mm dia GI rod upto 1000 mm length Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 19x19x0.30 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge With 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles.

NISHABD SLATS- Wall Supply & installation of NISHABD Slats made of pinewood E1 grade fiber board, Melamine laminated finish, groove perforated slats L16-3/L23-3/L323/Customized - (3mm grooves Slats @16mm centres) back lined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, of size 192 &128x2440x15/17mm thick having base density 700Kg – 800 Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centres. Aluminium core cross channel (CC18) having thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web15mm , depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC25with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centres. Slats of size 192 & 128x 2430x15mm in then fixed perpendicular to CC18 with suitable edge &centre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 5 mtrs both ways. Panels shall be back lined with acoustical infill of 500 gsm x 25mm thick adhered to the wall using Stick adhesive.
