Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : No deduction shall be made for opening of sink portion and rate of cutting of hole for wash hand basin and setting the washhand basin in position shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Dismantiling of tiles of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment and S & F chequered cement concrete tiles 250 mm x 250 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade laid over and including 30 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel framed work [Fe-410-W (grade 250) quality A] as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings, doors etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer alround before fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of cracks in Masonry wall by cement grouting: M & L for Providing and executing injection/pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concecrete by fixing PVC nipples at 150mm to 200mm distance or specified distance as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using polymer cement grout as per detail specification shall be done at required pressure etc. complete as per specification and approvel of Eng-in-Charge.

Removing damage concrete: M & L for Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete including loose damge concrete from all structural members up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcement to a depth of 10mm minium behind the reinforcement only at affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped/damaged) by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like light weight chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge and removal and disposal of debris at a distance within 2KM from outside MOD land complete all as directed.

Rust Removal:- M & L for cleaning of rust /scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover Rebaleens RR of Fosroc or equivalent. The material to be applied to the rusted metal using brush and make leaving to dry for 30 Minutes & washing surfaces with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete all as directed.

Supply cutting, fabricating new reinforcement TMT bars (Fe 500 Gde) for Jacking new RCC work and providing additional steel reinforcement to compensate corroded reinforcement in existing member etc. and fixing with old eixsting reinforcement which was reduced to 15% or more of its original diameter as required as provided in original structure and additional steel as directed by Eng-in-Charge as required welding or tying with 16 gauge anneled binding wire complete as per drawing and specifications for heights as directed including drilling holes in to slabs & lintels to pass continously complete all as directed.

Anti Corrosive treatment to Steel: - M & L for providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Two components inhibitor Nitrozinc primer standard of Forsoc or mater Emaco P130 of BASF having Mix density of 204 and solid contenet 57 (+/- 3) Adhesive bond strength > 1.5N/Sqmm, 40microns DFT per Coat as approved by Eng-in-Charge shall be used as per manufacturers instruction in two coats including preparation of surfaces and necessary protection after and during work complete all as specified and directed.

Epoxy Bond Coat:- M & L for Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surfaces to receive new polymer mortar /polymer modified concrete with two components epoxy base bonding coat in one full coat, laying of reinforcement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This coat acts as bonding agent between old and new concrete and also acts as "barier coat" to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Microconcrete Jacketting For RCC Members:- M & L for providing and laying of spacial repair material micro-concrete for jacketing of coloumns component, dual shrinkage compensated, high strength, high flow micro concrete having compressive strength minimum of M-40 at 28 days, Emaco 346 or Renderoc RGI of Fosroc blended with washed saturated surface dry (SSD) graded, low absorption, high density, aggregates of size size 3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight of micro concrete (if thickness is 100mm or more) and water as per data sheet and pouring into the sutttering if required then use bidrs peak type form work using suitable arranegement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate (shuttering, steel reinforcement shall be paid in other relevent items) complete all as specified and directed.

Polymer Modified Mortar (Pre-Packed) :- M &L for providing and applying single component, shrinkage - compansated, high strength, fibre reinforced, thixotropic cementitous patch repair mortar that achieves compressive strength minimum of 15 Mpa at 1 day and 45 Mpa at 28 days such as Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or Master Emaco S 348 of BASF Make to prepared conceeterea for thickness upto 50mm after applying bonding coat (bonding coat shall be included in this item) before the epoxy bonding agent become tack free, initially by hand and finally finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in the line with existing concrete surface on the slabs, beam, piles etc where the thickness of application is less than 60mm in patches as per specification item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rebarring Shear Connectors:- M & L for Drilling holes into existing concrete substrate for anchoring of new rebars with 10mm dia shear connectors at 0.45 mtr centre to centre and fixing with polyster resin based material like Lokfix P of Forsoc or sixing with pure epoxy resin based catridge form chemical anchor material Masterflow 935 of BASF as per NFP 18-831 and P 18-836. Drilling hole diameter 14mm, drilling hole depth 100mm including, cleaning, cutting, fabricating chemicals, tools etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Payment of Steel shall be measured and paid in relevent item.
