Notes for Item No.1.01:- 1. All labour, consumables and replacement of minor parts shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted 2. Major spare parts catered under item No. 1.04 to 1.44 will be measured and paid separately under relevant item 3. Attending breakdown call & necessary servicing shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted for above Item. 4. In case of any delay in attending the defects by the contractor, necessary penal recovery will be affected as stipulated in the particular specifications.

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance to RO Plant of capacity 6000 LPH including cleaning, checking of complete system for trouble free functioning and replacing/servicing for the following components :- (a) Pre-filter shall be changed once in three months. (b) General service shall be done once in three months. (c) Sand Media shall be changed once in contract period (d) Carbon Media shall be changed once in contract period (e) Membrane cleaning will be done once in six months. (f) Feed pump will be serviced and repaired. (g) High Pressure Pump shall be serviced and repaired if required and as directed by EIC. (h) Pressure gauges and pressure switch shall be replaced if required and as directed by EIC. (j) Multiport valve shall be required and replaced if any fault occurs and as directed by EIC. Note : 1.All labour, consumables and replacement of minor parts/filters/media/valves/gauges/switches etc. shall deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted. 2. Attending breakdown call & nececessary servicing shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted for the above Item. 3. In case of any delay in attending the defects by the contractor, neccessary penal recovery will be affected as stipulated in the particular specifications.
