Consultancy for Identification and Design of Spaces under Flyovers in Delhi.

Providing comprehensive design and supervision through consulting for surveying, planning, redesigning, detailing, preliminary / detailed estimation, costing supervision and monitoring of the execution of all the project within the project area as per terms of reference for design and supervision consultancy services for the beautification of spaces below flyover as per attached list (Page no : - 33-37) covering the following :- i) Inception Report, ii) Design Brief iii) Master Plan Themes iv) Architectural Concept, including massing studies, spatial layouts, built form character, and integration with contextual elements; assistance in the preparation of PPP Tender Documentation, providing technical inputs, design specifications, and relevant drawings required forthe Public-Private Partnership framework; and Site Visits during the Execution Phase to ensure conformity with design intent, provide on-site clarifications, and resolve construction-related design issues as they arise.
