| 1Day-to-day Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown) of the complete Fire Detection & Alarm System installed at Deben Mahata Government Medical College & Hospital, Purulia, comprising Multi-Sensor Detectors, Heat Detectors, Manual Call Points (MCPs), Loop-Powered Hooter-cum-Strobes, 4-Loop & 2-Loop Microprocessor-based Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panel, and all associated accessories. The work includes operation, inspection, testing, fault detection, rectification, replacement of defective/damaged parts, restoration of the system to normal working condition, maintenance of records, and submission of reports as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), on all working days, holidays, and during emergencies, in accordance with the terms and conditions and scope of work. **Additional documents requirement of technical personnel: The agency have to provide a standard UL certified Fire Alarm manufacturer trained Technical Supervisor certificate. | |||||
| 1.01 | Charges for manpower deployment for Day to day Comprehensive maintenance (Preventive , Corrective and breakdown ) and Operation of Fire Detection with Alarming system within the said premises, to be carried out in One (01) shift per day, including working days and holidays, throughout the year, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). | - | - | - | - |
| 1.02 | The AMC shall be non-comprehensive. The quoted rate shall include all labour, supervision, tools & tackles, testing instruments, consumables, transportation, insurance, statutory compliances, taxes, duties, and all incidental charges required for maintenance, excluding the cost of replacement of defective spare parts/components, which shall be payable separately only with prior written approval of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). | - | - | - | - |
| 1.03 | Emergency Breakdown Support: During any emergency, major breakdown, or failure of the Fire Detection & Alarm System, the contractor shall deploy additional manpower, if required, for immediate restoration at no extra cost to the Department. All expenses on such additional manpower shall be deemed included in the quoted rate, and no extra claim shall be admissible. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.04 | Monthly Inspection & Reporting: The contractor shall carry out one comprehensive inspection and preventive maintenance of the complete Fire Detection & Alarm System every month and submit one (01) Monthly Inspection & Preventive Maintenance Report to the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), detailing the inspections, maintenance carried out, defects noticed, corrective actions taken, and overall system status. Submission of the monthly report shall be mandatory. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.05 | The rate quoted shall be inclusive of:
i) Operation on all working days, including holidays, and provision of off-day relievers.
ii) Minimum labour wages as per prevailing Government norms, bonus, ESI, EPF, and all applicable taxes and duties, and shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned below. | - | - | - | - |
