Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over plaster ijn CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted including one coat of wall care putty by finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sqm

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, paneled shutters (any number of panels), with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veveered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated..

M&L for preparing new or previously untreatedsteel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on wooden surface

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed wih SS wire staples.

S&F for 300mm length of bolt aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cost aluminium alloy all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed 150mm of size all as specified and directed.

S&F for floor door stopper of aluminium anodised and tongue with hard drawn steel spring, overall length of cover plate 150mm and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel 300mm long ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC door PDS-01 comprising of shutter and frame of Make : Accura Polytech Pvt Ltd (Accucel) all as shown on drg No.CEAA/TD/149 sheet No. 1/1 (PVC RIGIDE FOAM) , door frame/ chowkhats of solid rigid foam profile FP-6030 and shutter of solid PVC foam profile FP 7114 with 4 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as infill (Panel) including necessary hardeware fittings all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for aluminium window with double side hung shutter for glazing and gauging and frame with one or more rebates made out of JINDAL/ INDAL anodised aluminium section including section for fixing of aluminium grills with suitable fixtures, jointing cleats for fixing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium beading screws, type B20 100mm long suitable handle and anodised aluminum fittings such as stay, hinges glazing with 5 mm thick tinted sheet glass and gauging with aluminium wire cloth of size 0.45mm dia of wire and 1.40mm aperture as per drg No. CEAA/TD/133 sheet No. 1/2 and 2/2 dated 13.12.02 except fixed glazing (FG) all as specified and directed.(Tint of glass shall be approved by GE) Note :- Aluminium grill fixed under above item shall be measured and paid separately

Supply , fabricate & fix anodised (15 micron) aluminium sliding windows/ ventilators made out of Jindal/Hindalco Aluminium sections as in frames , sliding/ fixed shutters etc. With one or more rebates incl. Jointing cleats & locking arrangements complete all as specified & as per manufacturer's instruction. Note- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for supply of aluminium sections, fabricate & fixing in position of window frames & shutters, locking arrangements complete.

S&F rubber beading for fixing of glass of item No 52.01 above complete.

S&F aluminium fully glazed door with shutter and frame with one or more rebates made out of JINDAL/INDAL anodised aluminium sections, shutters fixed with floor spring hinge (ISI marked) including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified with panel of 6 mm thick tinted glass (tint of glass as approved by GE), clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and aluminium fittings all as shown on drg No. CEAA/TD/132 sheet 1/2 and 2/2 except fixed glazing (FG) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick tinted glass as approved by GE, fixed to existing aluminium door/ windows including hacking out existing glass and provn of rubber beading.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden, Alumininium, /steel frames or stone , concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

M&L 3.00 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane.

S&F in repair Glass door 12mm Th clear tinted toughned glass incl diamond polish complete with six holes and two patch cut out incl frosting of glass all as per direction of EIC through CNC machine incl ISI marked floor door spring for each shutter incl top patch bottom patch and 30 cm long stainless steel handle set and central stainless steel lock all as specified and directed by EIC(Make of glass: Modiguard/Saint gobin,Make of Floor door spring:Godrej,FS D80(80Kg) CAT No 8293 or equivalent in Evrite as approved by GE)

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm but n.exc 2.00 sqm after repair/replacement of damanged part of glass door i.e. floor spring, pivots, mortice locking arrangement and 30 cm long stainless steel handle and refixing in the same opening. (Cost of pivots, mortice locking arrangement and 30 cm long stainless steel handle wil be paid separately) Note:- Charges of glass door broken during taking down shall be born by contractor.

S&F in repairs 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screw to timber frame works including teak wood beading 20mm thick alround and beading painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed as in cupboard shutters.

S&F in repairs Fatory made "Rajshri" PVC Internal door Frame manufractured BY Rajshri of the size 120mmx50mm(double door Frame) with a wall thickness of 5mm PVC Celuka Sheet of density 600Kg/Cbm manufractured by an ISO-9000 certified company, made out of extruded 5mm PVC Celuka sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with two Nos, of 150mm long brackets of 15mmx15mm M.S Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 20mm x20mm M.S tube of 19 guage throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using PVC Fasteners. A minimum of 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc complete as per manufractures specification and direction of Engr-in-charge

S&F in repairs 30mm thick Rajshri brand factory made internal PVC one side Prelem door shutter wood Free consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 20mm x 20 mm for stiles as well as top bottom & lock rail. The inside panel shall consist of 20mm thick multi chamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement adhesive with 5mm (+0.5) thick prelam PVC sheet of the inside panel. All the four edge of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick & 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton(made by sticking 2Nos. rigid foam PVC sheets of 5mm (+0.5) thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive. 20mm thick (5mm x 4 Nos) Thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provision at lock provision at lock height. Complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, manufractures specification and drawing

S&F in repairs30mm thick Rajshri brand factory made wire mesh solid PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 20mm x 20 mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock & bottom rails. 20mm x 20mm M.S square tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded Rajshri PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 90mm width out of which 75mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on either side forming stiles & 5mm thick 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on the inner side to from top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 100mm shall be flat and 15mm shall be PVC beading on from lock rail 10mm (5mm x2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panel will be Alumunium wire mesh fitted in by 'C' channel of size 35mm x 10mm on the eitherside in stiles. The inner side 'C' channel is fixed by 20mm x 20mm M.S. tube on both sides with screws. The wire mesh in top, bottom & lock rail is sealed with total 8 Pars of 15mm x 15mm & 20mm x 20mmtube with Aluminium wire 10mm (5mm x 2) thick PVC strip of 25mm width is to be stuck & nails on both side of Aluminium wire mesh interior at the top, bottom & lock rail. Complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, manufractures specification and drawing
