M&L for Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting outcomplete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation for laying /taking down sewage / water supply lines , forming bottom surfaces to required slope & gradient and n.exc 10sqm on plan and n 'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and exc 1.5 m & n exc 3m in depth for foundation for laying /taking down sewage / water supply lines , forming bottom surfaces to required slope & gradient and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in SDR ROCK complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete in foundations filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning ,filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soil in any depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/ materials to a distance not exc 50 mtr but n.exc and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 10 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified directed.

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm gradaed aggregate). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) 50 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast concrete block masonary with PCC solid blocks in (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10cm in width andsetting in Cm (1:4) complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 15 mm rendering in two layers with 10 mm with CM 1:6 & 5 mm thick with CM (1:4) with using water proffing compound on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified (Note: WPC will be paid seprately.)

Supply only Water Proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Block/Brick masonry surfaces of internal wall finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint over new surfaces(light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) .

M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on new plastered internal/External surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE /Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint over new surface (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer on existing yellow coloured surface complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (tractor shyne) / Berger (bison) / Nerolac (BEAUTY sheen)

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Full automatic organic waste composting machine of capacity 300Kg/day using input of food waste.,garden waste, all type of organic waste having output of otganic Bio fertiliser made of SS-304 , High temp based Microbes supporting composting, including foundation complete all as specified & directed. Note :Contarctor should submitt SLD of plant, electrical network before instllation of plnat from GE .

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Full automatic shredder machine of capacity 300Kg/day using input of food waste.,garden waste, all type of organic waste having output of 8-10mm output of input material, High temp based Microbes supporting composting complete including foundation all as specified & directed. Note:Contarctor should submitt SLD of plant, electrical network before instllation of plnat from GE.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Balling machine of capacity 15 Ton/hr using input of Compact & balling plastic waste such as bottles and plastic packets complete including foundation all as specified & directed. Note :Contarctor should submitt SLD of plant, electrical network before instllation of plnat from GE.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth GI earth wire/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) with multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade , ISI -694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit of any thickness of dia not less than 20 mm and conduit accessories, ISI marked with valid CML no (IS-9537-19 for conduit and IS :3419:19765 for conduit accessories )concealed in wall with mild steel/ pressed steel modular sunken box (with earth dolly) of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally covered with modular cover and plate for fixing of modular switch,socket etc including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor to commom earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specfied and dircted for the following:- NOTE :- 1. The complete wiring installation shall be carried out in accordance and conformity with IS 732:1989 "code of practise for electrical wiring(latest version). 2. S & F sheet metal enclosure powder painted for MCB DB SPN 08 way double door with IP-42 protection with Din rail and busbar complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing sheet metal enclosure powder painted for MCB DB vertical type TPN 4 way double door with dinrail and busbar with IP-43 protection with door earthing and isolated neutral bar and insulated busbar assembly including MCCB of 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing MCB TPN, 63 Amps in `C’ series having current rating 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing DI/CI pipe line in position for rectifying leakage and reducing to required length, in position, for insertion of collars or other fitting including necessory exvation and earthwork, dewatering etc, if any involed, complete all as specified and directed for 50/100 mm bore of pipes
