(100% using plastic coated aggregate as per IRC SP-98/2013)

Application of Tack Coat by mechanical means conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H (Fifth Revision) specifications including the cost of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS 1) complying with IS : 8887 or suitable low viscocity paving bitumen of VG 10 grade conforming to IS : 73, thorough cleaning of road surface including pre heating of emulsion to the specified temp as approved by Engineer-In-Charge. specified at particular specification.

Marking of Edge Line with Thermo Plastic Paint and Glass Beads with Road marking Machine confirming to clause 803 of MORT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Berm filling well compacted with earth material of proper specifications

Road delineators (900 mm) (road way indicators, hazard markers, object makers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80X100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular refelectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawings, all complete as per clause 806 of MoSRT&H specifications (01 No. every 20 mtr on valley side)

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100 mm, diecast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lens reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.
