Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and aprons removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing fair and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding of roof, including 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on top of padding ,finished the surfaces even and smooth using with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).extra cement complete all as directed

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm high skirting with joint free non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (matt finish) 7 to 8 mm thick high area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tile, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 size 7 mm thick in vertical surfaces as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite stone slabs of any type machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof/ concrete surfaces with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and as directed. (Supply only of water proofing compound/admixture shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only of liquid waterproofing compound of approved make.

M&L for water proofing treatment with 4mm thick APP modified membrane weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 Gram/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180 N, laid after applying a coat of Bitumen Emulsion, Primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm over the thoroughly cleaned surfaces to be water proofed. Membrane shall then be laid with 10Cm side overlaps and 15Cm end laps completely thermo fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer's instructions. Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkles while sticking the membrane on the bitumen surface. A coat of hot blown bitumen 90/15 shall be applied on top of the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally finished with solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm. The water proofing membrane shall be extended upto a height of minimum 30 cm on wall and inserted by cutting groove and filling with bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with earth galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected with galvanized earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, check nut and washers of GI or steel, GI pipe light grade of 15 mm bore as protection pipe, GI wire of length not more than 7.5 mtr and connected to test point. GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC pit and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for cover with 8 mm dia bar reinforcement both ways @ 140 c/c including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.
