Three Nos, filter feed centrifugal monoblock pumps of capacity 48m3/hr, head 26m complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary unit, level sensor should be provided in the feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet, complete all as specified and directed.

Two Nos dual medial filter of 2000mm dia, 2000mm height of made up of MS of thickness 8mm shell/10mm dish, painting with food grade epoxy inside, epoxy outside complete with media as per details given below, frontal piping, butterfly valves - 05 Nos and pressure gauges- 02 Nos to measure pressure across the filter, . Filter Media :- (i) Anthracite 0.6-0.8mm - 300mm (ii) Filtering sand 16/32 - 300mm (iii) Crushed Gravel 6-2mm - 100mm (iv) Pebbles 10-3mm - 100mm (v) Pebbles 12-6mm - 100mm (vi) Pebbles 40-25mm - 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Two Nos activated carbon filter of 2100mm dia, 2000mm height made up of MS of thickness 6mm shell/8mm dish, painting with food grade epoxy inside/epoxy outside complete with media as per details given below, frontal piping, butterfly valves - 05 Nos and pressure gauges- 02 Nos to measure pressure across the filter. Filter Media :- (i) Activated Carbon - 900mm (ii) Coarse sand 6-12mm - 75mm (iii) Pebbles 6-4mm - 75 mm (iv) Pebbles 12-6mm - 75mm (v) Pebbles 20-12mm - 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Chlorine dosing system 1 mg/ltr with dosing pump 0-2 LPH, hypo solution tank capacity 100 Ltrs,, MOC-HDPE, electronic metering, MOC of pump- PP (Qty- 02 Nos) static mixer - 01 No. static mixer MOC made of SS, static mixer dia 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 50 sq mm 3½ core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of DI pipe of 250mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS:8329/2000 centrifugally cast class K-7 suitable for push on joint including rubber gasket jointing with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zinc and bituminous coating laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of DI pipe of 150mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS:8329/2000 centrifugally cast class K-7 suitable for push on joint including rubber gasket jointing with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zinc and bituminous coating laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 80mm GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including all fittings in old/new position as in walls and ceilling/trenches, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying of 50mm GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including all fittings in old/new position as in walls and ceilling/trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 80mm dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.6,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 100mm dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.6,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Valve, butterfly conforming to IS 13095, 50 mm (2”) dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mild steel pipe conforming to IS 1239 Part-I of 2004, 150mm bore, heavy class 'C' including flange, any type of fabrication and bends/fitting of required size as per site requirement as directed by EIC and applying two coats of bitumen paint for outer surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS pipe header as per IS-3589, 300 mm dia size min 8 mm thick 4 mtr length with flanged ends closed with dead plates not less than 18 mm thich fixed with nuts bolts and washers and rubber gasket and including provision of following incomming and outgoing connection of MS Pipe, Heavy duty Class 'C' of length 300 mm with flaged ends with two coats of bitumen paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified at Site Pump House, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Welding work/cutting work , nuts bolts, washers and any types of works are deemed to be included in the unit rate. M&L for Precast cement concrete block using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on block masonry surface even and smooth without using extra cement mortar all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve, PN 1.6 conforming to IS 13095/BS EN 593 BS 5155) (wafer type) gear operated, SG Iron Construction, SG Iron Disc which is accurately guided between the two stems, integrally moulded rubber lining (EPDM/Nitrile/Neoprone) of size 200 mm (8”) dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve, PN 1.6 conforming to IS 13095/BS EN 593 BS 5155) (wafer type) gear operated, SG Iron Construction, SG Iron Disc which is accurately guided between the two stems, integrally moulded rubber lining (EPDM/Nitrile/Neoprone) of size 300 mm (12”) dia,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 150mm dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ductile iron fitting for spigot socket pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (All socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs upto 150 mm dia bore , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ductile iron fitting for spigot socket pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (All socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs upto 200mm to 300 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CPVC pipes of SDR 11 and Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc as PER IS 15778 , of size 20mm dia including cutting and jointing with adhesive to required length as per ground requirement, all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 20mm dia PP-R ball valves (brass insert) all etc, complete as specified and directed.

M & L for 110mm bore HDPE Pipes class PN 16 as column pipe, ISI marked including steel rods of applicable dia ,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast iron/DI pipes and reducing to required length before laying, in position for connecting old pipe lines, insertion of new tees, bends, branches, etc up to 150 dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing, 150 mm bore MS flanges not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of GI pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing, 100 mm bore MS flanges not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of GI pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing, 80 mm bore MS flanges not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of GI pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel framed work such as ladders, walkways, rallings, and similar works confirming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Joints with rubber or fibre board gasket including nuts,bolts and double washers of 150 mm bore. Complete all as specified and directed.
