The Consulting firm shall have prior experience of 05 years in the field of design and construction supervision and preparation of DPR in Office/Commercial Buildings, including infrastructures in Karnataka.

The firm should have one senior engineer PG in structures (minimum 03 years experience).

The firm should have successfully completed the design & DPR for Office/Commercial/Market Buildings costing not less than Rs. 9.00 Crores

The consultant must be empaneled in KPWD Category 1 Registration.

A valid ISO 9001 & ISO 27001, ISO 14001 certificate as consultancy services provider from Government approved/ registered Firm can apply.

Firm Must Have MSME/SSI Registration.

The firm should have valid Establishments/Labour Certificate.

The Firm Should Have A Minimum Financial Turnover of Rs.100.00 Lakhs In Any Two Financial Years During The Period 2020-21 To 2024-25. (Certified Balance Sheet and Financial Turnover Statement Issued by Chartered Accountant).

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.2.70 lakhs Credit lines/Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

The firm should have EPF and ESI Registration along with 2 year paid challans.

The firm must have local office at chitradurga district.

Firm Must Have Own Laboratory And Must Attach All Equipment Calibration Certificate and Equipment Details Of Purchase Bill/Invoice (CTM Mandatory).

The Firm Must Have Own/MOU with NABL Accredited Laboratory in Karnataka

The Firm Must Have Own Mobile Testing Laboratory With Related Documents

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR
