SCHEDULE 'A'

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Retrofitted Emission Control Device (RECD) on DG set of capacity 10 to 25 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. The test report of DG exhaust emission should be submitted to the department before and after installation of the RECD and emission parameters should be withnin the permissible limits as notified in the CPCB-II norms Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the following works :- (i) Flat plinth/ surface near DG Set as per product dimensions. (ii) Provision of Syntex water tank of 250 Ltr capacity and waetr pipe connection from nearest existing water pipe with 15mm outer dia PP-R pipe including necessary specials like gate valve, foot valve, tank connectors, FTA, MTA etc as required near DG set for periodic cleaning of RECD. (iii) Necessary electrical connection with 4 core 1.5 Sqmm screened and armoured cable, power cable, glanding, cabling and termination of all field cables etc. for RECD as per product specification and as recommended by the OEM of RECD. (iv) MS pipe fabrication of suitable size as recommended by the OEM from DG exhaust to the RECD inlet.

All as per item No. 2 above but for DG set of capacity 30 to 50 KVA

All as per item No. 2 above but for DG set of capacity 62.5 to 82.50 KVA

All as per item No. 2 above but for DG set of capacity 100 KVA
