Supplying & fixing AluminiumComposite Panel (ACP) of FR A2 grade in cladding/ceiling/bull nose, in approved shape made out of ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) sheet material comprising of aluminium skin of 0.5mm with KYNAR 500 based PVDF by double coat double bake method as per AAMA 2605 standards / FEVE based fluorocarbon paint finish on top + 3mm core comprising around 90% non-combustible mineral and balance virgin polymer + 0.5mm aluminium skin with mill finish/service coat at bottom. (Overall weight of ACP shall be 8.1 Kg/Sqm (+/-5%) ). Mild Steel hot dipped galvanized 'C' brackets of minimum size 75mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with slot of 8mm x 15mm are fixed to the existing RCC columns / walls / structural steel members or any other backing surface. Aluminium hollow section (22 - 25 micron anodic coating)/ tube of size 38mm x 50mm of 2mm thick in grid of maximum 1200mm x 1200mm shall be fixed to these brackets both vertically and horizontally by using M6 x 75mm stainless steel bolts and nuts. Panel fixing shall be by cutting the composite panels to size, routed, corners notched and bend as per the dimensions specified. After the panels are bend aluminium cleats of size 16mm x 16mm by 25mm length are fixed to the edge of the panels by using aluminium pop rivets. The panels are fixed to the framework by using stainless steel screws. The gap of 12mm or 16mm between the panels (both vertical and horizontal) are filled with closed cell polyethylene light weight backer rod of size 12mm x 20mm or 16mm x 20mm, weather proof silicon sealant shall be used to fill the grooves, Non-Staining Weather sealant should have minimum tearing strength 4.0N/mm, shore A hardness 24 (ISO 868), joint movement capability +30% (As per ASTM C- 920), one part natural cure, sealent shall be DOW CORNING (DC-789) or equivalent etc., including erection of necessary scaffolding and dismantling of the same etc., as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and installation of plain 300C (Exterior) false ceiling system of approved colour at all heights consisting of panel 300mm wide 30mm deep x 0.60mm thick with bevelled edge, panel length up to 6 metre, Coil coated on a continuous paint line, double baked and roll formed from enamelled corrosion resistance aluminium alloy AA3005 (Al.Mg) for higher strength and good rool forming characteristics. The panel shall be about each other with a narrow V grove. Panel shall be clipped to a baked enamelled aluminium panel carrier of 41.5 mm wide x 62mm deep x 0.95 mm thick in standard length of 5 meter made doubled baked black enamelled aluminium alloy AA 5050 (Al. Mg) with cut outs to hold the panels in a module of 300mm closed at a distance 2.4metre. Panel carrier shall be suspended as per the manufacturers drawing etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing & applying painting system to structural steel works consisting of the following coats : (a) Intermediate Coat : A two component Epoxy Micaceous Iron Oxide Intermediate with minimum volume solids of 80% having VOC less then 250gms/ltr of approved make of total minimum dry film thickness (DFT) 75 microns. (b) Finish Coat : To be applied in two coats: Two component High Gloss Acrylic Polyurethane Finish Paint with approximate Volume solids of 70-77%, having VOC < 250 gm/ltr, with gloss retention of minimum 80% after 2000 hours exposure to UV A Fluorescent lamp as per ASTM D523 of approved make of total minimum dry film thickness (DFT) 100 microns (Total DFT of two coats). Note : The entire paint system shall be of same manufacturer.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. (a) 1.0 mm thick

Providing and fixing BWP plywood plain lining on existing block wall/RCC wall/ wooden frame/steel frame work with necessary screws suitable for the type of wall as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 12mm thick Marine Plywood

Fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) supplied by AAI/Other agency on the exterior/interior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

(a) Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Providing and applying 12 mm thick (average) premixed formulated one coat gypsum lightweight plaster having additives and light weight aggregates as vermiculite/ perlite respectively conforming to IS: 2547 (Part - 1 & II) 1976, applied on hacked / uneven background such as bare brick/ block/ RCC work on walls & ceiling at all floors and locations, finished in smooth line and level etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. (a) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (a) Two Coats

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory windows & desertory other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.
