Running & maintenance work of residential and non- residential Buildings and roads including repair of damaged civil structures where ever required like earth work, Dismantling /demolishing, masonry, plastering, cement concreting, steel and wood work ,sanitary & water supply installation, assistances in celebration of events time to time at NHPC colony & offices at Tapovan /Dobat as per directions of Engineer In charge.

Running & maintenance of Horticulture works like plantation, maintenance of parks & flower pots, grass/bush cutting & trimming of trees, watering, uprooting unwanted vegetation’s etc. at NHPC colonies ,Guest House, FH & offices at Tapovan & Dobat as per directions of Engineer In charge.

Sweeping and cleaning work for covered and open area of office complex, Residential and non-Residential premises, colony roads, drain ,Administrative building floor area, bath rooms, toilets, ,surrounding area of Tapovan , Dobat and uprooting of grass from various location to the yard for disposal ,loading and unloading of garbage for disposal as per direction of Engineer –in charge. 3.1) Cleaning of bathrooms/ toilets by way of cleaning wall tiles, wc. Wash basin and floor etc .with approved chemicals, brushes & dusters etc.(Daily cleaning)

Cleaning of drains with broom/required tools to make proper drainage and disposal of dirt, garbage and mud up to a lead of 200 mtrs (Twice in week /8 days in a month)B17:B27B17:B24

Cleaning of office rooms ,verandah,staircase,roof &shafts with booming, brushing and dusting using approved chemicals and disposal of garbage/ debris up to a lead of 200 mtrs (To be cleaned daily)

Cleaning of surrounding area and road area with brooms &disposal of garbage/ debris up to a lead of 200 mtrs .(surrounding area daily & road area twice in a week)

Carriage of garbage by departmental tipper/ tractor trolly from township Tapovan & Dobat to Garbage disposal area Nigalpani (12km distance)(Twice in a month)

Up keeping of Dobat complex by way of cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, wall tiles, wash basin, office floor and surrounding area etc. with approved chemicals ,brushes & duster etc,(daily cleaning)

For Attending complaints as restore chocked sewer lines & drainage system in Township complex Tapovan & Dobat.

Consumable Items per Month (as per Annexture-'1')

Management charges for providing services towards contractor profit, overheads, statutory requirement charges, as required for execution of the work.
