Cleaning and removing of accumulated silt formed in 1 Nos water sump, about 74 Nos water storage tanks over buildings using bleaching powder and thorough cleaning with brushes etc., The rate includes all labour charges including supervision charges and safety amenities, dewatering, hire charges of T&P, all leads and lifts, cost and conveyance of consumables like bleaching powder etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge. Removal and disposal of deposited silt shall be carried out as per APSS 301.
Cleaning of septic tanks, sanitary lines and manholes by engaging Gulfer machine and dumping away the sludge from the site. The rate includes all labour charges, hire charges of gulfer machine, all T&P and other incidental charges if any etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and applying of fertilizers once in a month for good growth of lawns, all varieties of flowering, fruit bearing plants, avenue plants etc., in colony open areas. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge. (Urea -50 Kgs; DAP- 50 Kgs) Urea-shall confirm to IS 5406 1979 RA 2016 DAP-shall confirm to IS 6448: 2018, grade 18-46-0.
Supply of good quality cattle manure for plants, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking the same at specified locations in colony area as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Collection and supply of good quality Red soil for plant pits in colony area, the rate includes cost and conveyance of red soil, labour for filling, watering and tamping, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. Red soil for plants shall be certified by agricultural/ horticulture specialist.
Excavation in loamy,clayey and sandy soils for plant pits whereever necessary and refilling the pits with excavated material after planting plants etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Excavation and backfilling shall be as per APSS 1317.
Supply and planting of flowering shrubs of different varieties like bougainvillae, nerium, kasturi, Ixora, Temple tree etc., of 1' to 2' height (for replacing casualities due to adverse weather conditions / any unintended reasons etc.) the rate includes cost and conveyance of plant, all labour charges, all leads and lifts, initial maintenance etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Flowering plants shall be from accredited nurseries by Govt. of AP and certified by agricultural/horticulture specialist.
Supply and applying of Fungicides and insecticides once in 3 months for good growth of lawns, all varieties of flowering, fruit bearing plants, avenue plants etc., in colony open areas. The rate includes conveyance of all materials, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge. (Insecticide-Monochrotophas/ Chlorophyriphos 20%-5 lts; Fungicide - Mancozeb M45 / Carbendazim 50% WP Fungicide/ Inorganic Fungicide -5 Kgs). Chlorophyriphos EC 20% shall confirm to IS 8955:2005 RA 2015. Monochrotophos SL 36% shall confirm to IS 8074 :1990 RA 2012, Mancozeb WP shall confirm to IS 8708:2006 RA 2015, Carbendazim (MBC) WP shall confirm to IS 8446:1991 RA 2017.
Replacement of the existing damaged cup board frame/shutter and fixing with new cupboard shutter of MDF board make greenply/newwood or equivalant, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all necessary fixtures, removing charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be area of MDF Board). Pre-laminated medium density particle board shall confirm to IS 14587: 1998; Grade 1,Type1/ 2/ 3/ 4; both side laminated, Formaldehyde class E1. Note.: Colour and finish (glossy, matt, textured) will be specified based on requirement).
Supplying and fixing well seasoned sal wood/country wood/neem door frame made out of 75mmx100mm thick scantlings for main frame and painting the new wood work with two coats of enamel paint of grade I over one coat of wood primer and painting the wood surface in contact with masonry with one coat of solignum paint, the rate includes cost of wood, paints, all labour charges, hold fasts, all required fixtures and fittings, hire charges of T&P, conveyance charges etc., complete for finished item of work at all floors as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Wooden door frame work shall be as per APSS 1002.
SINGLE SIDE PRELAM SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR FRAME (CHOUKHAT): Providing and fixing factory made Pac single side Prelam door frame of the size 50X47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid Pac single side prelam sheet, meter cut at two corners and joined with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 1515mm MS.Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19X19mm MS. square tube of 19guage. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS. Screws through the frame by using Pac fasteners. a minimum of 4nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. PVC material shall meet the requirements of IS 15226:2002 RA 2018-rigid PVC compounds- Code E, PVC extruded PVC profiles shall be as per ASTM D4726 18; fabricated door frame shall meet the requirements of IS 4021:1995 RA 2017.
Providing and fixing of door shutters made of rigid PVC extruded hollow section(Nandi or equivalent ) of 20mm X 200 mm with the wall thickness of 1.0mm +/- 0.1mm equally divided into 4 no's with tongue and groove locking arrangements. The shutter frame is made of 30mm X 79mm with the wall thickness of 1.5mm +/0.15mm section mitre-cut and joined at 4 corners with 125mm X 225mm plastic brackets. The shutter shall be horizontally reinforced with 2 no's of 8mm PVC rods. Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM. Door Frame section of 45x90 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x60 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/ assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no's for horizontal member. WPC material shall be as per ISO 20819-1: 2020 Type R40, Ex2 ’
Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MMtop and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. Repairs to the brush cutter, spraying machine and lawn mower, blades sharpening, motor repairs if any, replacing blades when damaged etc., complete for finished job work as directed by the Engineer in charge. Blade sharening shall be accompanied by checking/balancing to avoid vibrations.
Removing of natchu, goobi, thooti etc., once in three months from drains/ channels in all locations of B- colony incl. new F type quarters, main gate outside B-colony drain towards canal at plant main gate and wherever required including clearance if not more than 1 metre depth of water, rate includes all labour charges, materials etc., complete for finished job work as per APSS 301 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Attending repairs to the existing polyethylene water storage tanks provided at Terrace in all blocks by using polyethylene material and melting. Hire charges of rotavator for levelling the vacant and open areas inside B colony and removal of weeds/grass etc., the rate includes cost of fuel, wages of driver, repair charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Labour charges for removal of plants grown along the toilet drain pipes and walls outside of the quarters at 2nd floor to 5th floor level by using ropes, application of acid/ cement to avoid further growth of plants, rate includes all labour charges, materials cost, safety arrangements etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Earthwork excavation in loamy, clayey and sandy soils including removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, for water supply and sanitary lines and where ever necessary and backfilling the trenches with excavated material etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Trench work excavation and backfilling shall be as per APSS 1317.
Laying PCC (1:3:6) after providing pipes, traps etc., the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and clearing away the debris etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. PCC 1:3:6 work shall be as per APSS 402.
Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) by using well cured FLY ASH SOLID BRICKS of size 225 mmx 100 mm x60 mm(or) 230*110*70mm with 50kg/cm2 compressive strength, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Flyash bricks shall confirm to IS 12894:2002 RA 2017, Brick masonry work with CM 1:6 shall be as per APSS 504.
Providing 12 mm thick plastering to walls with CM(1:6) including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour Charges, Curing at all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Plastering work with CM single coat shall be as per APSS 903.
Tiling with Edge cut rectified ceramic glossy finish floor tiles /Anti skid tiles/Daddoing Tiles of size 450X450 mm for flooring, 300 mmx 300mm for toilets flooring and 8 mm thick of approved make & quality of all shades set over base coat of cement mortar (1:5), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Ceramic floor tiles shall confirm minimum to IS 15622-2017 class GroupBIIa, glazed, Skid-resistant and rectified. Ceramic wall tiles shall confirm minimum to IS 15622-2017 class Group BIII Glazed, polished and rectified. Laying/ fixing of tiles work shall be as per APSS 707.
Filling of gaps between tiles to avoid leakages from bath/wash rooms of residential quarters by removing the existing damaged/washed out white cement and making groove with groove cutting machine and re-filling the same with a mix of Grouting powder and Grout Admix Plus chemical, the rate includes all labour charges, hire charges of groove cutting machine, cost of Chemical but excluding cost of Grouting powder which will be supplied by the department at free of cost, cleaning charges of floor etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the department. The joint grouting work shall be as per the recommendations of the grout manufacturer.
Removing and Refixing of Indian pattern water closet with "P" trap 630 mm x 450 mm by dismantling the existing damaged Water Closet and refixing with new one, the rate includes cost of dismantling charges and fixing charges, all labour charges with all leads and lifts but excluding the cost of Water closet etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Installation/fixing of water closet shall be as per APSS 1326.3.4.
Supplying, removing and refixing of European type water closet with "S" trap along with Plastic seat & lid by dismantling the existing damaged Water Closet and refixing with new one, the rate includes dismantling charges and fixing charges, all materials cost, labour charges with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Pedestal type water closet (European shall be as per IS 2556 (Part2):2004, installation/fixing work shall be as per APSS 1326:3.4.
Supplying and fixing of Flush tanks for European water closets by dismantling the existing damaged flush tank and refixing with new one, the rate includes all materials, dismantling charges and fixing charges, all labour charges with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plastic water flushing cistern shall confirm to IS 7231:1994 RA 2019, type-low level, capacity-10 Lts. Fixing shall be as per the recommendations of the manufacturer.
Supply, cutting, bending and fabrication of reinforcement with HYSD/TMT bars including cutting, bending, placing in position and tying/welding wherever necessary for RCC works, the rate includes cost and conveyance of reinforcement steel, binding wire and all other materials, all labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement work shall be as per APSS 403.3 and APSS 403.4.
Laying R.C.C in M20 grade Nominal Mix mix using 12mm to 20mm size well graded HBG metal and a minimum cement quantity of 400 Kg per Cum for Cover blocks and other RCC Works, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, shuttering, vibrating charges, machine mixing charges, curing, all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. M20 concrete shall confirm to APSS 402. RCC work shall be as per APSS 403.
Painting to walls with one coat of ready mixed oil bound washable distemper acrylic based of approved colour and shade (Oil bound washable distemper acrylic based will be issued by the department at free of Cost) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Distemper painting work shall be as per APSS 1216.
Painting to the External walls with one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade (External Plastic emulsion paint will be issued by the department at free of cost) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Plastic emulsion painting work shall be as per APSS 1216.
Painting to the walls with one coat of primer using cement paint of approved brand and shade (Cement paint for Primer coat will be issued by the department at free of cost) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, the rate includes conveyance of all materials to work site, all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting walls with cement primer shall be as per APSS 1216.
Painting to old Iron works like Gates, Grills, Hand Rails, door frames etc., with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality (the necessary enamel paint and Primer wil be issued by the department at free of Cost) in two coats over one coat of primer, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, all labour charges, all leads & lifts, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Painting on iron works with synthetic enamel paint shall be as per APSS 1212.
Clearing of Shrub and light jungle (more than 50 percent open space ) including bushes upto 30 cm / parthenium and other weeds including burning or disposing off the same in pinakini colony of SDSTPS Township and where ever necessary, the rate includes all labour charges, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Jungle clearance shall be as per APSS 201 and APSS 1405.
Attending repairs by welding of Petty Iron works for complaints accumulated like on full day basis with minimum 1Welder and 1helper, for damaged hinges of door frames/grills/railing pipes/main gates etc., the rate includes hire charges of welding machine, cost of electrodes, all incidental charges, all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, fabrication and erection of Petty Iron works like Grills ,gates, Hand railings etc ., where ever necessary, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials like structural steel, all labour charges for fabrication, erection charges at all heights and painting with two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a single coat of Primer etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. MS angles shall be as per IS 808:1989; MS square and round bars as per IS 1732:1989; welding shall be as per IS 816:1969; red oxide primer shall confirm to IS 2074:2015; synthetic enamel paint shall confirm to IS 2932:2013, Steel work shall be as per APSS 1608, Painting work shall be as per APSS 1207 and APSS 1212.
Jointing of the following HDPE pipes 6 Kg/ sqcm (PE-100 grade) confirming to IS 4984- 1995 by butt fusion welding as per IS :7634-P-II/1975 as amended from time to time to the alignment and gradient and testing the line to the required pressure,the rate includes hire charges of butt fusion welding machine, all labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. Arresting of roof leakages/wall wettings using Pressure grouting by drilling holes above 18mm dia in RCC slabs and grouting with neat cement slurry or with approved epoxy bonding agent using pump where ever necessary, the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials like cement/epoxy bonding agent, hire charges of grouting machine, labour charges at all heights etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Attending repairs to cracks on walls by making grooves in the crack portion by applying Contech – 2000 bio Product crack fill chemical with white cement over cracks, the rate includes cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all leads & lifts, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer sealing/ crack filling compound- Sealing compound shall meet the requirements of a polymer modified cementious product confirming to ASTM C 1483-13 type-II.
Hire charges of JCB for leveling the heaps, overburden earth on sides of roads, levelling the vacant areas etc., the rate includes cost of fuel, wages of driver, repair charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Applying anti termite treatment to the existing buildings in the areas of wooden frames, doors, cubboards, wall cracks etc., wherever required with suitable pesticide like chlorophyriphos 20 EC (shall confirm to IS 8944:2005 RA 2015)/ Imidacloprid 30.5 SC (shall confirm to IS 16131:2015) or equivalent (as registered by central insecticides board-registration committee CIB) to control the pests spreading further, rate includes cost of all materials, all labour charges including making holes, filling with chemical and closing the holes, all leads & lifts, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. ATT to existing structures shall be as per IS 6313 (part 3) 2013 RA 2018.
Maintaining 2000 LHP RO plant in Pinakini Colony by replacing the filters at regular intervals, applying antiscalent chemical, activated carbon, changing sand media, using low PH RO membrane cleaner whenever required, rate includes all materials cost, labour charges, conveyance charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Consumables and chemicals shall be as recommended by the RO plant manufacturer and shall be of food grade. Treated water shall meet the requirements of IS 10500:2012 RA.
Supply and fixing of membranes required for 2000 LPH RO unit in pinakini Colony by replacing the old membranes for increasing the RO processing capacity, rate includes all materials cost, labour charges, conveyance charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the EIC. Consumables shall be as recommended by the RO plant manufacturer and shall be of food grade. Treated water shall meet the requirements of IS 10500:2012 RA.
Collection and supply of local sand/ vagu sand for filling in low lying areas, lawn areas, plant bunds etc., including cost and conveyance of sand, labour for filling, all leads and lifts, T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge. Sand for filling shall be as per APSS 310.1.
