The scope of CMC also covers replacement of prefilter, membrane once in a year & upto the satisfaction of EIC. For 2nd Year

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of air cooled modular type VRV/VRF OUTDOOR UNITS of 20 HP capacity including condensing units, each comprising of multiple scroll compressors all inverter driven including full charge with refrigerant gas (R-410a) when ever required including AICMC of AHU kit and all related accessories complete as required (Date of commencement of AICMC will be notified). For 2nd Year

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of air cooled modular type VRV/VRF OUTDOOR UNITS of 16 HP capacity including condensing units, each comprising of multiple scroll compressors all inverter driven including full charge with refrigerant gas (R-410a) when ever required including AICMC of AHU kit and all related accessories complete as required (Date of commencement of AICMC will be notified). For 2nd Year

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of floor mounted sheet metal sectionalised construction air handling unit of 13000 CFM capacity alongwith all related accessories complete as required. (Date of commencement of AICMC will be notified). For 2nd Year

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of floor mounted sheet metal sectionalised construction air handling unit of 15000 CFM capacity alongwith all related accessories complete as required. (Date of commencement of AICMC will be notified). For 2nd Year

Shifting, reinstallation, testing & commissioning of Window /1.5 TR/2 TR /split AC (Indoor & Outdoor) including supply and fixing of required copper pipe, drain pipe, power supply cable, fresh gas charging (if required) with suitable refrigerent gas complete as required.

Dismantling/Uninstallation of Window /1.5 TR/2 TR /split AC (Indoor & Outdoor) including removal of copper pipe, drain pipe, power supply cable etc and transporting and storing at desired location upto the satisfication of EIC complete as required.

Day to day operation of all types of Window/split/ductable split & VRV/VRF type Airconditioning system and all types of water cooler cum purifiers installed at various locations on daily basis i/c attending the complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking prompt action to report the concerned personnel for rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition & maintenance of record/documentations etc complete as required by engaging one skilled and one unskilled manpower in one shift i/c sundays & holidays & as per the direction of EIC. For 1st Year

Day to day operation of all types of Window/split/ductable split & VRV/VRF type Airconditioning system and all types of water cooler cum purifiers installed at various locations on daily basis i/c attending the complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking prompt action to report the concerned personnel for rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition & maintenance of record/documentations etc complete as required by engaging one skilled and one unskilled manpower in one shift i/c sundays & holidays & as per the direction of EIC. For 2nd Year
