REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF STEEL GATES, PILLARS, CATTLE TRAP AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS AT AF STATION SURYALANKA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50 deep for foundations etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complte all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: INDOCEM/ SUPERSNOWCEM/ AQUACEM/ DURACEM

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in columns / pillars and footings etc. of any description and in any position including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of structural steel work, mild steel etc in doors, gates, cattle trap etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement to concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel deformed TMT bars 8 mm dia as in reinforcement to concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel deformed TMT bars 8mm dia and upto 10mm dia, as in stirrups & spacers, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type A-1, 1:1½:3 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footings, foundation beams etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type A-1, 1:1½:3 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions square, rectangular for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 Rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or Tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc., as in cattle traps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 Rolled mild steel sections as in framed work for cattle traps, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F for 1.60mm thick MS black sheet as in wall cladding, steel gates etc including bending or turning, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treating small articles such as hold fasts, ends of posts etc and treated with tar or coal tar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 19,750.00 B/F from Ser page No. 24. NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 19,750.00 in Green field under Col-M. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
