Bidder should upload company registered under company Act 2013/ UDYAM Certified certificate. Bidder should upload valid GST registration certificate.3. The bidder should furnish a copy of the Income Tax Return for the preceeding five financial year (2020-21 to 2024-25). The bidder should uploadEmployees provident fund registration certificate. The bidder/firm/Company/Consultants should have his ownNABL/MoU/ ISO certification in the field of Quality control & quality assurance.

The intending bidder/firm/Company/Consultants should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) at least one single workof conducting 3rd party inspection (Project management and quality assurance services for modernization/Remodeling of Canal)in any Government projects of value not less than Rs. 184.02 Lakhs during the preceding 5 years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. Certificates should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Additional weightage at 10% for each year will be given to bring it to the 2025-26 price level

The intending bidder/firm/Company/Consultants should have satisfactorily completed at least one single work of Conducting Survey Preparation of Detailed Project of modernization/remodeling of Canal having a minimum length of 78.00km project value not less than 500.00Crores in any Government projects during the preceding 5 years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineeer

To qualify for award of this contract bidder/firm/Company/Consultants in his name should have(in the last five years i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of value not less than Rs.740.00 Lakhs.Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2025-26 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered Accountant with UDIN number should be uploaded

The intending bidder/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets availability or credit facilities of value not less than Rs.111.50 Lakhs for meeting the required funds in the form of credits lines/letter of credit/certificate in the prescribed format from nationalized banks/Scheduled banks in the specified format Enclosed

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted including adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR
