M&L Plain Cement Concrete( 1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concreting and bed concrete, etc. completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CRS bars10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for colums, hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landing slabs and similar work exceeding 200mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar works including mattached pillasters, buttresses, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade ( 20mm graded aggregates ) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade ( 20mm graded aggregates ) as Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade ( 20mm graded aggregates ) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete ( 1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling in drains and mass concreting, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary Type C1 1:3:6 ( 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping and benching including weathering, slightly rounded and chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L fo Extra over for forming fair finished drain or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars with CM 1:1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars with CM 1:1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars with CM 1:1, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes, encasing hume pipes, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete of type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), but in landing, cover slabs (for manholes, drains, etc.), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth. and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc. 50m but n.exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
