M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for 20mm thick granite, z black (table rubbed and polished) for platforms, wall lining (veneering to wall), cills and in similar items laid over 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixutre of pigment to match with shade of granite.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia fancy type PVC coated best quality Draphery rods for curtains fixed to walls with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick (M-35 mix) with grey cement and pigment, glossy rubber mould intelocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over 30 mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Lucky/ Supreme/Mehtab as approved by GE.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use of necessary formwork complete all as speified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:4 for fair finished surfaces complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as speified and directed..

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,, finished even and fair. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.
