Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean and applying external wall care putty in two layer 1mm thick and making surface even and smooth to receive external emulsion and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as Specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures using fluorescent paints (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high over and including black painted surfaces (back ground) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stops , commas short lines dashes hyphens brackets using fluorescent paints etc complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean including filling depressions of scrapped surface with putty and preparation of surface for further treatment and M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a two coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position in beams, columns chajjas and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats distemper oil- emulsion , white or tinted over a coat of primer surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L Providing and applying cement base plaster of Paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of work and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing wire mesh of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm (weight not less than 600 gms/per sqm) and fixed with aluminium wire staples, wooden beads etc complete all as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness and any description from metal frame and supply and fixing 3 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
