Cleaning of Sintex tanks (1000 liters capacity 5 No's ) including draining the water in the tank by opening the drain pipe valve to make it empty, spreading the bleaching powder on sides and bottom of the tank and scrubbing with wire brush, washing the tank with fresh water and draining off washed water through drain pipe and filling the tank with service water duly operating valves including all labour charges, supervision charges, safety amenities, cost and conveyance of all materials like brushes, buckets, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per IS 2065:1983 for water tank cleaning . (Bleaching Powder will be issued by the department at free of cost) (1 job includes engaging of minimum 2 No.'s labour)

Labour charges for cleaning of sewer pipe lines, inspection chambers and man holes of sewerage system including removal of blocked sludge from water closets, sewer lines, inspection chambers and man holes and disposal of the same to low lying areas, spraying of baytex - 1000 chemical around the manholes etc., including wages of labour, supervision charges, safety amenities, cost of bamboo sticks, gloves and gunny cloths etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Bay tex 1000 EC- Chemical, phenol, soaps etc., will be issued by the department at free of cost) (1 job includes engaging of minimum 2 No.'s labour)(The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for cleaning of sewers and septic tanks issued by CPHEEO, Govt. of India.)

Removing of debris and silt from dust bins, disposal of cleared jungle from various locations in CHP, AHP, WTP, Fuel Oil Pump House, Fire Water Pump House, CPU Regeneration Building, Central Chemical Lab, Switch Yard Control Building, Switch Yard and other scattered areas and disposal of the same in the dumping yard with lead of 2 KM by engaging tractor and 4 Nos unskilled labour, the rate includes hire charges of tractor, labor charges for loading and unloading, crew and fuel cost, all tools and tackles etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in charge .

Supply of materials including conveyance, Seignorage charges, loading, unloading, stacking neatly, in the designated storage area as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work. Supply of Red Earth for plant growth shall be certified by agriculture/horticulture specialist.

Supply of Cattle Manure/ farm yard manure shall be as per the specifications contained in organic manures, published by National center for organic farming, Govt. of India.

Replacement of Casualites, supply of plants shall be from acreddited nurseries by Govt. of AP and certified by agriculture/ horticulture specialist and planting Ganneru flowering plants of packet size 7" x 8" and 'Bougainvellia flowering plants of packet size 8" x 10" and durantha plants with all available colours including cost and conveyance of plant but excluding cost of red earth and manure mixture which will be measured and paid separately, the rate includes all labour charges, all leads and lifts, initial maintenance etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. A) Ganneru flowering plants

Hire charges of hydraulic excavator (JCB) for grading and levelling the ground in the premises of plant area in unlevelled areas, the rate includes cost of crew, oil, conveyance, supervision charges, all incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charges.

Cleaning of septic tanks, sanitary lines and manholes by engaging Gulfer machine and dumping away the sludge from the site. The rate includes all labour charges, hire charges of Gulfer machine, all T&P and other incidental charges if any etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) issued by CPHEEO, Govt. of India for cleaning of Septic tanks shall be followed and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
