M&L for daily attending of the any type fan / sweep complaints, Taking down unserviceable ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan/ wall monted fan/ pedestal fan of any make and sweep, by disconnecting the electricical connections and dismantling the fan by dismantling its blades, fan rod etc.. and examine the unserviceable spares/ burnt winding by testing, cleaning and lubricating bush/ bearings. Refixing the fan to any location and position after necessary repair works/ servicing including carring out the replacement worn out parts, body covers, screws, spilt pins nuts condensor and flexible wire copper conducter from ceiling fan to ceiling rose etc.. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- (i) The parts replaced will be measured by relevant item as supplied only.

Removing defective winding of any type / sweep of ceiling fan and rewinding with new super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per manufactures design and instructions including insulating materials and varnishing of ceiling fans of any make and re-assembling testing complete including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan, replacement of 6201/ 6202, 6203/6204 bearing shaft, bush, connector for holding of Capacitor complete all as directed and specified.

All as per Item No. 02 above but exhaust fan of size 300/ 380mm sweep .complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 02 above but exhaust fan of size 400/ 450mm sweep. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 02 above but pedestal/ air circulator fan of size 400/ 450 mm sweep, includes repair of base, proper fixing of metallic Stand , swing of fan over etc complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 02 above but wall mounted fan of any Sweep includes repair of base, proper fixing of fan on wall with necessary arrangements , swing of fan over etc .complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 01 to 06 (a) Replacement of spare parts found unserviceable/ defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ as supply only. (b) The rate for fixing serviceable items and new replaced items are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer for above item. (c) All retrived unserviceable item obtained from dismantling shall be given to the contractor under relevant item of 'Schedule of Credit'.

S&F in repair exhaust fan blade for 240/300/380 mm sweep including removing the old UNSV blade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only following spare parts of ceiling fan of 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep of different make required as per the makes of existing fans as required to make serviceable the fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Rubber bush for shackle with clamp, bolt, nut, washers and lock pin suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep.

Ball bearing of size No. 6201/6202/ 6203 suitable for ceiling fan / exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- SKF/ NBC/NTN/ ZKL/ Koyo/ Tata/ RHP

S&F in replacements of hot water connection flexible pipe for connection to geyser to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for checking Ceiling fan for its functioning and safety of hanging , Rubber bush, hook etc.. And replacing the same in case found damaged/ non function complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) Contractor should maintain a register and get the signature of the residents after duly checked (ii) Spares replace will be measured and paid Separately
