Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on block masonry surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or PCC block masonry external surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick providing cement concrete, type C2, (1:3:6), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hard standing /base of interlocking tiles, checured tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick providing cement concrete, type B2, (1:2:4), (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hard standing finishing smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick providing cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Gde 'B' for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of laid dry of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size cofirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slab 10 cm thick type B1 (1:2:4) set in CM 1:4 (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar complete in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050 mm dia placed on top of the wall inside the angle iron horns/ GI barbed wire type with necessary GI wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when stretched to 8 m length with Nos. of circles 50, Nos. of clips 230 with weight 15.60 kg/ coil and recommended and average coverage area is 6 RM/ coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
