RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material (minimum two works in last five years) of same (10Ton) or higher capacity EOT cranes to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredThe bidder shall be original manufacturer or authorized dealer of reputed standard firm only. Registration certificate for manufacturing in case of manufacturer and Authorized dealer must furnish authorization letter from original manufacturer and the same must be uploaded along with the offer. RequiredBidder shall submit the acceptance that the firm's engineer visited installation site, clearly understood the scope of work before submitting the quotation/bid and quoted the tender according to the field suitability
RequiredBidder shall submit the acceptance that the scope of work includes Servicing, testing ,Replacement of Control Panels, Dismantling of cables, Commissioning and Complete cleaning, degreasing, buffing and painting of 10T EOT Crane structure and components including supply, installation and alignment of approved materials
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the acceptance that they must have trained and experienced technical staff for mechanical and electrical servicing of cranes
RequiredBidder shall submit the acceptance for Payment terms i.e. 100% payment will be made after receipt of material to site in good condition and successful comprehensive servicing of EOT crane.
RequiredBidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy
RequiredBidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code.
RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp.
RequiredBidder should submit detailed technical specifications of each item with catalogue if any
RequiredBidder should provide warranty for a period of 24 months from date of supply or 18 months from date of commissioning whichever is earlier for offered material
RequiredBidder should acceptance to submit relevant test certificates along with material supply
OptionalBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered
OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
OptionalBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online
RequiredBidder should submit acceptance that for item no:23 (Provision towards any spares), the invoice shall be processed only for required spares supplied as certified by the field engineer during servicing.
