Supply of sand filter bed/media comprises of the coarsest beds starting from Pebbles of 3 – 45 mm size to the finest layer of fine sand 0.8 to 3.2 mm size. composed of sub-angular, hard, durable, and dense grains of predominately siliceous material etc complete as required as per attached specifications
Supply of high grade Activated Carbon Filter having iodine value not less than 450 IV, itself may be certified as a DWTU Standard 42 component, etc complete as required as per attached specifications
Supply of resin, Strong Acidic Cation, Particle size range 0.3 – 1.25mm,% Moisture 47 – 57 (H+), used for treatment of potable water and food stuff etc complete as required as per attached specifications
Loading of material from factory/godown and unloading at airport site i/c commissioning/servicing/installing by changing fange, gasket, Nut bolt & washer mechanism if required, Dismantling the existing media/material, dumping the same away from site etc. as required to make the plant run without any leakages under supervision of expertise of specilaized agency of resin along with their certification.
Painting of chambers as per the required paint coating along with primer as per existing color& code.
Water testing at any Govt. laboratory for confirmation of quality of water both from input and output of water plant along with various locations as directed by EIC
Supply of water meter/flow meter Class B, PN 16, flanged type, CI body, dry dial & magnetic drive, max. reading capacity 999999, minimum pressure loss etc as required to match with existing system
Supply of PVC 63mm ball valve, PN16 capcity as required to match with existing system
Supply of 80mm butterfly valve of PN16 pressure, SG iron body, SS disc, flow control lever operated, nitrile seat/ lining, wafer type as required to match with existing system
ITC of different types of valves & meters as per the site requirement with necessary consumables as required to fix and make it work etc. as required.
