M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRlSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC CASING & CAPING INCLUDING accessories etc including fixed to wall/ ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire continuity complete all as specified ad directed for :- (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch single pole piano type. (Point 10) (b) One Fan point controlled by one, one way switch single pole piano type. (Point 5) (c) One 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board. (Point 2) 2. Supply and fix Switch Piano, 5/6 Amps, flush button type, Single Pole, one way, 230 Volts complete all as directed. (Each 17) 3. Supply and fix Ceiling rose, surface, bakelite, 65 x 50mm, three terminals complete all as specified and all as directed. (Each 15) 4. Supply and fix Socket outlet 3 Pin, 5A, flush type complete all as specified and all as directed. (Each 2) 5. S&F energy saving ceiling fan 1200mm sweep and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Usha or equivalent Bajaj/ Crompton Greaves/ Havells. (Each 5) 6. Supply and fix wall mounted decorative ultra slim LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack instatnt start with uniform light distribution 20 W 4 ft indoor decorative with 2 core copper wire from ceiling rose to light fitting as per make havells Cat No LUMILINEPLUSBS20WLED865SPCSS or equivalent in Orient/ Phillips/ Bajaj/CG/Surya/Polycabe all as directed by EIC. (Each 10) 7. S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated etc as reqd single pole 240 volts grade 350 walts heavy duty ISI marked. (Each 5)

8. S & F celling fan huk Anchor fastner to be fix on roof for hanging 1200 mm 'sweep 'ceiling fan. (Each 5) 9. S&F PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 250 mm x 200 mm and 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed. (Each 2) 10. S&F double door Sheet metal enclosures factory made DBs protection class IP-43, suitable for fixing of MCBs, Isolators etc, confirming to IS 13032 Single pole and neutral 4 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar 240 volts powder coated all as specified (Make : Havell's, L&T, Standard, Crompton/Indoasian/Polycab). (Each 1) 11. S&F MCB/Isolator SPN of 240 Volts 40 Amp capacity, 'C' series, 10 KA in existing DB (Make: Havell's, L&T, Standard, Crompton/ Indoasian/legrand). (Each 1) 12. S&F MCB/Isolator SP of 240 Volts 10 Amp capacity, 'C' series, 10 KA in existing DB (Make : Havell's, L&T, Standard, Crompton/ Indoasian/legrand). (Each 2) 13. Meterial and labour for sub main wiring with two runs (two runs measured as one run) of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS - 1536-1977 multi-stranded 6 sq. mm single core size copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Casing & Capping with accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling with proper saddles and 6 sq. mm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one unit). (RM 27) 14. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (Each 1) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.
