Cleaning of tanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Stilling chamber, Bar & screen Chamber) at STP Plant of capacity 1.5 MLD shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white wash from inside after cleaning the tanks and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rates for dewatering and desludging of tanks including T&P and safety equipments are included in above item. (ii) Cleaning of each tank will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for cleaning of main incoming sewage collection tank/booster tanks, including necessary T&P such as pump set for de-watering and cleaning upto bottom of the well by means of equipment with complete safety equipment and masks for the persons doing the job and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/mud/sludge/grit/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to outside the premises of the station including necessary transportation for taking out from the site of the well complete all as specified and directed. Note :- No direct manpower to be introduced inside the sewage well as per the goverment norms.

Material and labour for carrying out the tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage at each STP Plant as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) TSS (iii) BOD (iv) COD (v) Oil & Grease (vi) FC Min (vii) Nitrate CN Note:- (i) Test report for each month should be submiited at the end of month by contractor otherwise penalty of Rs. 2000/- per month will be imposed. (ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of sterilised bottle and to and from transportaion charges for collection samples upto Lab.

Supply only greasing for bearing of centrifugal Pumps all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 30 HP electrical induction motor, 3 phase, 415 volts including disconnecting all electrical connections, decoupling from pump, taking down the motor from foundation, cleaning and varnishing the stater & rotor winding, heating and drying, replacement of burnt terminals, greasing to bearings, re-assembling the motor and refixing of motor on the foundation by using new nut, bolts and washers, coupling with pump,checking alignment connecting all electrical connections, checking the vibrations, RPM, DOR, testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair & overhauling of 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase monoblock pump set, taking out impeller, cleaning, descaling & greasing to bearings incl replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, gland flange, etc. Cleaning and varnishing the starter and rotar, winding, heating and drying replacement of burnt terminals of motor assembling in the pump with new packing materials nuts, bolts, washers checking alignment connecting all electrical/water connections,checking the vibrations & alignment, RPM,DOR, testing the pump sets of on full load, complete all as specified and directed:- Notes:- (i) Cost of small U/S parts such as new packing materials, nuts, bolts & washers, gland bolt & packing, coupling bushes , coupling bolts shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (ii) Major unserviceable spares as listed below shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour in repairs for rewinding of 30 HP , 3 Phase capacity induction motor by means of cutting and removing existing burnt out winding completely cleaning and repair of slots and rewinding with new copper wire of existing gauge and size/turns, varnishing with class 'B' insulation, balancing of shaft, incl replacement of UNSV connection plate / terminal point as per site requirement, assembling the motor including transportation, testing as per the specified RPM at workshop complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for lifting of submersible pump set of 40HP capacity carefully from open well/UG Sump/SWT alongwith existing submersible cable, MS/GI/HDPE Column pipe of any dia and shifting of column pipe, pumpset and disconnecting of submersible cable aside for reuse and lowering into well/sump/SWT after carying out necessary repair work including jointing of submersible cable with water proof jointing kit, testing, binding of submersible cable with column pipe by using aluminium wire complete and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The quoted rate deemed to be included the cost of replacement of rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers aluminium wire etc. (ii) Any damage to pump set pipe submersible cable etc while taking out and lowering of pump set will be repaired/replaced by contractor on his own cost and GE's decision shall be final and binding in this regard.

Material and labour for complete opening of horizontal submersible motor 40 HP for repair /replacement of unserviceable worn out bearing/worn out unserviceable shaft/burned out copper winding /worn out strainer/bush/sleeve/thrust pad/thrust bearing/thrust bearing lock nut etc including transportation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The quoted shall be inclusive of transportation of pump set from pump house site to workshop and back to pump house site after necessary repairs. (ii) The quoted shall be inclusive of balancing of shaft through lathe work incl welding wk if any required as per requirement, replacement of pump seal, replacement of wornout nut, bolts, washers etc complete. (iii) Winding shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rewinding the submersible motor of 40HP capacity by means of cutting and removing existing burnt out winding completely cleaning and repair of slots and rewinding with new PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge and size / turns, balancing of shaft, testing as per the specified RPM at workshop complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking out Non Return Valve of 80mm/100mm/125mm/150mm dia from open well including taking column pipe of any size and length, disconnecting of Non Return Valve from column pipe, reconnecting of Non Return Valve after servicing/repairing, lowering of Non Return Valve duly connecting the column pipe, replacement of worn out nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary T&P required for lifting and lowering of Non Return Valve from open well/neccessary drain out of water as required as per site requirement.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of 100mm/125mm Cast iron Non Return valve without by pass arrangement, Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out old unserviceable Non Return Valve complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking out GI/MS/HDPE pipe from open well, disconnecting of unserviceable Non Return Valve, replacement of unserviceable nut, bolts, washers etc, lowering of pipe duly assembleed the new Non Return Valve etc complete. Labour only for attending of Electric compliants of existing STP panels /Sewage well LT starter Panels/CF Motors/Non-clog motors/Horizontal submesible, including connecting electrical accessories / spares of STP installation, electrical fitting & short circuits in panel/CF Motors/Submersible motors/ Panels complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie item ) Notes :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed by Enginner-in-charge. (ii) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 250/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify the complaint. (iii) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made. (iv) Any types of machinery/, T & P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of replacement of burnt out lugs, refreshing of burnt out cable, reconnecting, meggering, fault locating etc complete. (v) The elecrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth tester , Multimeter , Crimping tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site.

Material and labour in repairs for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip of 20x3.15mm (upto 7.5m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including charcoal, rock salt, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick cover with MS bar 8mm dia 150mm c/c reinforcement, watering funnel, 32mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20mm dia for watering complete all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

Material and labour for repairs of mild steel structure with framed work such grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivetted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work, portions framed and hung gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc as conforming to Fe290, Gde E-165 including two coats of paints of approved colour and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) length of bolt exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm alongwith hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwe the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete including taking out old unserviceable steel screw, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fix with self tapping screws complete including taking down of old unserviceable GI sheet of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.
