Architectural and Engineering Design Consultancy for the Construction of Science Park, Kannur for the Government of Kerala through Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) designated as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)

Fee for the following as per scope of work given in the RFP document, Clause 3(3.1 to 3.4) and under Annexure III: clause 1.2. (1.2.1 to 1.2.11.), 1.3.(1.3.1. to 1.3.45), 1.4. (1.4.1. to 1.4.16.) Note: 1. The bidder has to quote for the rate in per Sq.m 2. The Bidders are required to quote for the entire scope of work detailed under Annexure III: clause 1.2 (1.2.1. to 1.2.11.) and1.3. (1.3.1. to 1.3.45) 3. The rate quoted shall be firm including all type of expenditure/ charges and duties except GST. 4. Present GST., i.e., 18 %. The GST shall be paid based on Government notification applicable during stages of payment. 5. If the work is forced to terminate due to non-availability of fund or due to any administrative reason, the payment shall be made up to the stage mentioned in the stagewise payment and nothing extra/compensation shall be paid for such forced termination by KSCSTE. 6. The fees quoted shall be paid on pro-rata basis as explained in the stage wise payment 7. The area mentioned in the quantity column is total plinth area of the buildings. Payment of fees shall be made for the plinth area of only such buildings that are taken up for construction. For the purpose of computing the consultant’s fees, the plinth area and built up area of the buildings calculated as per IS 3861-2002 shall be the basis. The AED Consultant shall submit P-line drawings showing the plinth area at each floors/each building.

i. Total campus: ii. Complete Masterplan & All statutory approvals applicable required for taking up the work. iii. Phase 1- 93,000 Sq. m; in various packages (P1, P2..) iv. Layout Plan, Detailed Concept Design of Buildings, Detailed Project Report as per KIIFB guidelines, Scheme approval, Basic Layout, space allotment, allocation, Detailed working drawing. structural drawing, Vetting of Structural drawings, GFC Drawings, Estimate as per specifications & standards, Tender Documents, Preparation of document for approvals from KIIFB & all applicable statutory approvals required for pre-construction, construction completion & occupancy at various stages., (Local Body, KIIFB, Fire & Safety, Electrical Inspectorate etc.) Providing necessary modifications/revision in all type of drawings, DPR/Estimates, clarification, addition of details etc. as and when required. Registration & approval for GRIHA/LEED/IGBC for obtaining appropriate rating Clearing Defect Liability after completion of Defect Liability Period etc. as required.
